Abstract:
در آغاز قرن بیست و یکم قدرت های بزرگ با رویکردی نوین و با توجه بیشتر به منافع اقتصادی در مناطق استراتژیک جهان به رقابت می پردازند. این رویکرد از ترکیب سه عامل جغرافیا، قدرت و اقتصاد شکل گرفته و به بررسی روابط جغرافیا، قدرت و اقتصاد و تعامل این سه عنصر در جهت کسب قدرت دولت ها مورد مطالعه قرار می گیرد در این دوره کشورهای قدرتمند به جای توجه محض به ژئوپلیتیک عمدتا به ژئواکونومیک روی آورده و سعی می کنند به مناطق حساس جهان به جای توجهات سیاسی- نظامی، نگرشی سیاسی- اقتصادی داشته باشند. در قرن حاضر انرژی به ویژه نفت و گاز به عنوان روح ژئواکونومیک در فرآیند توسعه، تعیین امنیت و ایجاد کشمکش های منطقه ای و بین المللی نقش آفرینی می کند. یکی از مناطق راهبردی و ژئواکونومیک که جولانگاه کشمکش ها و رقابت های ژئوانرژی در قرن بیست و یکم خواهد بود، خلیج فارس است. خلیج فارس به لحاظ نظریه های ژئوپلیتیکی و ژئواستراتژیکی، بین المللی ترین منطقه دنیاست که به لحاظ منابع انرژی، فضای ژئواکونومیکی مهمی را برای ایفای نقش بازیگران(منطقه ای و فرا منطقه ای) در قالب همکاری، رقابت و منازعه فراهم می کند.
