چکیده:
ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ اﻫﻤﻴﺖ ﺷﺮﻛﺖﻫﺎی ﻓﻨﺎوری ﺑﻨﻴﺎن در ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﻗﺎﺑﻠﻴﺖﻫﺎی/Abstract: Considering the key role of knowledgetechnology- based firms in development of technology ﻓﻨﺎوری و ﻫﻢﭼﻨﻴﻦ ﻓﺮﺻﺖﻫﺎی ﺷﻐﻠﻲ اﻣﺮوز ﺗﻮﺟﻪ زﻳﺎدی ﺑﻪ اﻳﺠـﺎد ﺗﻮﺳـﻌﻪ وcapabilities and creating job opportunities, nowadays ﺣﻔﻆ اﻳﻦ ﺷﺮﻛﺖﻫﺎ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﻳﻲ ﺷﺎﻳﺴﺘﮕﻲﻫﺎ و ﻗﺎﺑﻠﻴﺖﻫﺎی ﻣـﺪﻳﺮانthere is much focuses on these firms to strive, grow and ﺷﺮﻛﺖﻫﺎ ﻣﺴﺎﻟﻪای اﺳﺎﺳﻲ ﺑﺮای ﺳﻴﺎﺳﺘﻤﺪاران، ﻣﺸﺎوران آﻣﻮزﺷﻲ و ﻣﺘﻮﻟﻴﺎنdevelop them. To identify competencies and capabilities,of CEOs of the firms is a critical issue for policy makers ﺗﺮﺑﻴﺖ ﻧﻴﺮوی اﻧﺴﺎﻧﻲ اﺳﺖ. ﻫـﺪف اﺻـﻠﻲ ﭘـﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿـﺮ، اراﺋـﻪ ﭼـﺎرﭼﻮبeducational counselors, and HRD specialists. The main ﻣﻔﻬﻮﻣﻲ اﻟﮕﻮی ﺷﺎﻳﺴﺘﮕﻲ ﻣﺪﻳﺮان ﻋﺎﻣﻞ ﺷﺮﻛﺖﻫـﺎی ﻓﻨـﺎوری ﺑﻨﻴـﺎن اﺳـﺖ.goal of this paper is to develop and present a conceptual ﺑﺮای ﻧﻴﻞ ﺑﻪ اﻳﻦ ﻫﺪف، ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ در دو ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ 1( ﻃﺮاﺣﻲ ﭼﺎرﭼﻮب ﻣﻔﻬـﻮﻣﻲframework for competencies of CEOs engaged in ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ و 2( اﻋﺘﺒﺎرﺳﻨﺠﻲ ﭼﺎرﭼﻮب ﻣﻔﻬﻮﻣﻲ دﻧﺒﺎل ﺷﺪ. ﺑﻪ اﻳـﻦ ﻣﻨﻈـﻮر ﺑـﺎtechnology- based firms. To do so, the research was donein two stages: 1) Design the research conceptual ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ادﺑﻴﺎت و ﻣﺒﺎﻧﻲ ﻧﻈﺮی ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ، اﺑﻌـﺎد و ﻣﻮﻟﻔـﻪ و ﺷـﺎﺧﺺﻫـﺎی اﻟﮕـﻮframework, and 2) validate the proposed conceptual ﻣﺸﺨﺺ ﺷﺪ. ﺑﺮای اﺳﺘﺨﺮاج ﺷﺎﻳﺴﺘﮕﻲﻫﺎ اﻟﮕـﻮی ﺷﺎﻳـﺴﺘﮕﻲ ﺟـﺎن ﺑـﺮﻳﻜﻤﻦframework. Dimensions, factors, and indices were ﻣﺪﻧﻈﺮ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﻧﻴﻤﺮخ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﻲ و ﻧﻴﻤـﺮخ ﺷﺨـﺼﻲ ﻣـﺪﻳﺮ ﻧﻴـﺰ ﺑـﻪﻋﻨـﻮانspecified by studying literature review and theoreticalfoundations. The Brickman’s competency model was ﻣﺘﻐﻴﺮﻫﺎی ﺗﻌﺪﻳﻞﮔﺮ و ﺗﻮاﻧﻤﻨﺪی ﻓﻨﺎوراﻧﻪ ﻣﺪﻳﺮ ﻧﻴﺰ ﺑﻪﻋﻨـﻮان ﻣﺘﻐﻴـﺮ واﺑـﺴﺘﻪused for specifying competencies. Cronbach’s alpha در ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎری اﺑﻬﺎﻣﺎت آن رﻓﻊ ﺷﺪ. ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺑﺮاﺳﺎس ﻃﻴﻒ 7 درﺟـﻪایcoefficient equal to 0.997 showed the reliability. A 7 scaleLikert type questionnaire was used and a 46 sample group ﻟﻴﻜﺮت ﺗﻨﻈﻴﻢ ﮔﺮدﻳﺪ و در ﻳﻚ ﮔﺮوه ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ 64 ﻧﻔـﺮه از ﺧﺒﺮﮔـﺎن ﻣـﺪﻳﺮﻳﺖ وof management and technology experts were chosen in a ﻓﻨﺎوری ﻛﻪ ﺑﻪ روش ﻗﻀﺎوﺗﻲ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ ﻃﻲ دو ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ ﺷﺎﺧﺺﻳﺎﺑﻲ ﺷـﺪ،judgmental method. To specify indices, two phases were ﺷﺎﺧﺺﻫﺎﻳﻲ ﻛﻪ ﺑﺮﺣﺴﺐ ﻣﺤﺎﺳﺒﺎت آﻣﺎری دارای ﻣﻴﺎﻧﮕﻴﻦ وزﻧـﻲ ﺑـﺎﻻﺗﺮ از 5developed.
