Objective: This study examined the impact of executive functions training on amelioration of the behavioral disorders in students with dyslexia. Method: This study was an experimental one with pre-test، post-test and control group design. The statistical population of this research includes all the students with dyslexia in second and third grade of elementary schools of Abbas Abad in Mazandaran province in school year of 1391-92. Executive function training was provided to the experimental group within ten sessions for a period of one month، while the control group did not receive any special training. Both groups were assessed in pre-test and post- test using Achenbach’s behavioral disorders questionnaire. Results: The results indicated that there was a significant difference between two groups in terms of behavioral disorders. Conclusion: Executive functions training can decrease the behavioral disorders in students with dyslexia. So improving the executive functions should be emphasized by experts and educators while they want to educate and treat these students.
