"It is very necessary to bring them in the light and critically edited them on modern pattern so they could be made available to the avid readers interested in literature, so as to decipher their importance, and that it be made a worldwide knowledge that India has produced such important, huge, exhaustive, voluminous lexicons which not only narrate but also give the explainations, interpretations and give prose and poetical references of the learned scholars and poets along with putting down the linguistical, etymological, syntactical and grammatical differences of the words; produce terminology, metaphors, idioms, phrases and proverbs and open the mysteries of the rare words.
It has been arranged in alphabetical order, in which the first letter of the word is Bab and the last is Fasl, and also arranged the second letter, indicated their diacritical marks and along with them gave Persian poetical references so as to illustrate their meanings in detail.
It was a great contribution of Amir Haider to Persian language and literature who wrote the names and verses of such poets whose poetry was not published but the works have been safely preserved in Manuscript form in various libraries of India and abroad, and their names and verses are mentioned in Tazkiraz, and also some such poets who names and poetry have not been mantioned in any Tazkiraz such as Mohammad Ibn-i-Mansoor of Shiraz, Mirza Hasan Ghayur of Gurgaon, Khwaja Hasan of Qandhar, Mir Mubarakullah Wazeh, Mirza Munasib, Mirza ''''Ata pen name Zia Burhanpuri."
