چکیده:
This research was accomplished in Tehran in 1385 (2006-2007), with the aim of doing a comparative examination between organizational culture of educational centers which have ISO certification and those which do not. The statistical community of this research was composed of all managers and the experts of educational centers that hold short term educational training for organizations. Sampling was simple random and the number of managers and experts were determined 456 subjects through Morgan table. This research used questionnaire and was done by examining the individual creativity, control, harmony, risk taking, management support, leadership style, adapting with contradiction characteristics of award system which Rabin's considered for organizational culture. The results of this research through t- test showed that there is a meaningful and and considerable difference between educational centers which have ISO certification and those which do not. There is no meaningful statistical difference between risk taking, management support and adaptation with contradiction in educational centers. In this research the role of In-Service education on employee's efficiency in Islamic Azad University Tabriz Branch has been studied. The statistical population of the study was 640 subjects and by using Morgan table, 240 subjects were chosen as statistical sample. The sampling method was stratified sampling. For data gathering a questionnaire with Liker spectrum (with 0.92 reliability) researched. Five hypothesis were tested with T-test, analysis of variance and correlation coefficient test. The results indicated that the efficiency of trained employees, research assistances employees and the employees with technical-engineering fields is more than others. The purpose of present research is to offer a framework that University leaders understand the relations between ICT dimensions and approaches, institutionalize integration of ICT in universities. For this purpose. For this of literatur,dimension of ICT in universities were identified. There dimensions were categorized in five categories as independent variables that each level contained several clusters of variables. it was investigated which approaches are emerging with respect to the use of ICT in universities. These approaches were dependent variables which have Two levels: Now and Future. To test these factors and to answer the researeh questions a question according to the variables and mentioned approaches was prepared. The designed questionnaire was composed of information gathered from 410 individuals (60 managers.180 faculty menbers.170 university employees). These data were analysed by statistical methods such as: one sampel T test. paired samples T test.ANOVA.Factor Analysis and regression. Conclusions shewed that eaeh five category variables are inportant in the aspect of ICT in university management. However, for institutiolalizetion of ICT in the univesity management first it is needed to exactly identify approaches; then to identify variables that will have an influence on these approaches and better explain the changes, finally, these variables are involued in the planning for development of ICT in the universities . This article discusses the attitudes of the schools personnel towards the conflict and its relation with the reactions to it. The article also studies the relation of the variables such as age, sex, academic degrees and job experiences with attitudes toward conflict. This research was carried out in the city of Isfahan on elementary and secondary school principals, assistance and teacher (the school Year: 1999-2000) comprising 13058 subject. The statistical sample was selected by Random clustering method (n=524). The required data were collected through two separate closed- answered questioners. The collected data were analyzed through chi – square test. The results showed that those who possessed negative attitude toward conflict, in comparison with those who had positive ones toward it, tend to avoid conflict. The present research is about virtual education and methods of applying it in the universities. Method of research was survey. The statistical population comprised of 240 and 140 faculy members in Islamic Azad University of Rudehen and Kermanshah Branches respectively. Accoding to Morgan table 250 subjects. For data gathering a close - answered questionnaire comprising of 24 questions with 5 alternatives (completely agreeing, agreeing, indifferent, opposed, completely opposed) were used. With the aid of were distributed indicators such as abundance distribution table, index compression percent, mean, medean, standard deviation and independent t-test and diagram. The research data were distributed. Results showed that the new methods of on-line teaching, the use of teaching, aid equipment in the direction of virtual teaching was methods of research and evaluation are effective on the process of teaching and learning. This research was done with the purpose of examining the relashenship between manager's attitude to evolution and innovation with organizational learning in high school of Tehran in 2005-2006 academic year. The statistical populations of this research included, Tehran male and female high schools executives and statistical sample gaind by one-phase cluster random sampling. Finally according to Morgan table, 334 executives were selected as samples. This research was done through questionnaire and each variable had an independent questionnaire. Results yielded from accomplishing Chi-square test and Partial correlation coefficient showed that was a relationship between manager's perspective towards evolution and innovation and organizational learning up to (0.01) level and the obtained correlation was positive and direct. In this research based on theoretical framework and comparative studies and researches done, the main indicators of educational system underdevelopment were determined in seven dimensions of development of planning and policy making, global development, economical, qualitative, cultural, social and political development. To test these demensions a questionnair composed of 144 questions was prepared and after making sure of its validity and reliability was sent for the sample members (n=386) including the deans of educational system departments and heads of universities and their assistants in the country and the required data were gathered from the returned questionnaires. These data were analyzed by descriptive and inference statistics methods such as analysis of variance, F-test factor analysis; the results showed that the planning and policy making to develop the educational system, expansion of global communication and acceptance of creativities, investment in scientific, technological, educational, values and paying attention to the quality of education, decentralization from educational system and production of culture and values are in accordance with the development needs. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of individualism. collectivism culture on creativity of the individuals. The research question was "Do cultural orientations of individualism.collectivism in any conditions have the same effect?"This research was executed in the context of a real experimental design in the form of pre-test post-test with control group. The statistical population were composed of 2100 student that 180 of them were randomly selected. For the assessment of cultural orientation and creative problem solving Gonalo and Staw test was used in pre-test and post-test for assessment of creativity Torrance creative thinking test was used. Results showed that in pre-test stage there are meaningful difference between two groups and the group with individualist orientation was naturally more creative that the group with collective orientation. In the post-test stage also there was a meaningful differnce between two group. But still this superiority was in the favor of individualist group. The findings of the research showed that although the culture with individualist orientation is a good inc c entive for creativity, but creativity educations can facilitateative performance in collectivist groups.
