چکیده:
هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی شیوع ناهنجاری های اندام تحتانی در دانش آموزان دارای نیازهای ویژه است. روش: این مطالعه از نوع مقطعی با نمونه گیری طبقه ای است. ده درصد از دانش آموزان سال تحصیلی 92-1391 به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند که در شهر تهران 1194نفر، در شهرستان های استان تهران 1526 نفر و در استان البرز 559 نفر بودند. از پرسشنامه دموگرافیک، خط کش ساده و کولیس برای جمع آوری داده ها از آمار توصیفی برای گزارش داده ها استفاده شده است. یافته ها: براساس نتایج به دست آمده، شیوع ناهنجاری افتادگی لگن به ترتیب در شهر تهران 27.4% ، استان البرز 18.1% و در شهرستان های تهران 16.4% بود. در مجموع میزان شیوع این ناهنجاری در نمونه مورد مطالعه 20.7% بوده است و در دختران شیوع بیشتری داشت. در ناهنجاری های مربوط به زانو، ژنوواروم در کل نمونه 23% و ژنووالگوم 21.2% بود. کف پای صاف 50% و کف پای گود 10.1% شیوع را نشان دادند در حالی که شیوع ناهنجاری هالوس والگوس برابر 44.7% بود. نتیجه گیری: شیوع ناهنجاری های اندام تحتانی در دانش آموزان دارای نیازهای ویژه بسیار بالا بوده و ضرورت آموزش و نیز در صورت نیاز مداخله های عملی را می طلبد تا در آینده از بروز درد و عوارض دیگر جلوگیری گردد.
Introduction: The aim of this study was to investigate the prevalence of lower extremity deformities in children with special needs.
Methods: A cross-sectional study with stratified sampling was selected. Ten percent of students in elementary and preschool and students in the academic year of - 1921 29 were selected for this study. In Tehran 1194 people، 1526 people in the cities of the Tehran Province and in Alborz Province 559 students. Demographic questionnaire، a simple ruler and caliper were for data collection Data was reported using descriptive statistics .
Results: Based on our results، the prevalence of hip abnormality in Tehranwas27.4%، in cities of Tehran 16.4%، and in Alborzprovincewas18.1%، In total، the prevalence of the disorder in the samplewas20.7% and was more common in girls. Abnormalities of the knee in the total sample، genu varum and genu valgum respectively were 23% and21.2%. Flat foot and pescavus showed a prevalence of 50%versus10.1%، while the prevalence of hallux valgus deformity was 44.7%.
Conclusion: the prevalence of the lower extremity abnormalities in children with special needs are very high and the need for practical training as well as the necessary intervention is required to prevent future pain and other complications.
