48 DISCUSSION AND CONCLUSION Within the scope of the research, the point average and standard deviation values of thinking styles in respect to the gender, being trainer of team or individual sports, coaching year and educational level were examined by a questionnaire which 30 male and 20 female, total 50, trainers coaching on different branches in the city centre of Elazığ answered.
