چکیده:
سابقه و هدف: مساجد خانههای خدا هستند و بایستی همیشه پاکیزه و مطهر باشند. در کشور ما توجه به مساجد و سایر اماکن مذهبی از اهمیت خاصی برخوردار است، لذا هدف از این تحقیق بررسی وضعیت بهداشت محیط مساجد اماکن متبرکه شهرستان آمل میباشد.مواد و روش ها: این پژوهش یک مطالعه توصیفی- مقطعی است. کل مساجد و اماکن متبرکه شهرستان آمل اعم از شهری و روستایی به صورت سرشماری مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. اطلاعات با استفاده از چکلیست فرم آئیننامه بهداشت محیط مساجد از طریق بازدید و مشاهده مستقیم جمعآوری گردید. سپس با استفاده از نرمافزار Excel مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.یافته ها: نتایح حاصله نشان داد که 69% از مساجد، حسینیهها و تکیههای مورد مطالعه از وضعیت مطلوبی برخوردار بودند، اما تنها 47% از اماکن متبرکه وضعیت مطلوبی داشتند. همچنین 7% از مساجد، 4% از حسینیهها و تکیهها و 14% از اماکن متبرکه وضعیت نامطلوبی داشتند. مساجد شهری و روستایی اختلاف معناداری داشتند. اماکن متبرکهی شهری از وضعیت مناسبتری نسبت به روستایی برخوردار بودند، اما این اختلاف معنادار نبود.نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج بدست آمده، وضعیت بهداشتی اماکن مذهبی مورد مطالعه در حد نسبتا مطلوبی میباشد، اما تقریبا نیمی از اماکن متبرکهی روستایی از لحاظ بهداشتی در حد ضعیف و متوسط میباشند. توصیه میشود با همکاری مسئولین بهداشتی و مشارکت فعال روحانیون و ائمه جمعه و همچنین جلب مشارکتهای مردمی وضعیت بهداشتی این اماکن بهبود یابد.
Introuduction: Mosques are the houses of God and should be clean and holy. Attention to mosques and other holy places is very important in our country. Therefore, the aim of this study was to investigate the health status of mosques and holy places in Amol city.
Methods: This was a cross-sectional descriptive study. All urban and rural mosques were selected using census method. Data were collected using a checklist of health regulation of mosques through visit and direct observation. The data were analyzed using Excel software.
Findings: The results of the current study revealed that 69% of Mosques, Hosseinieh and Tekeye were sanitary, but only 47% of holy places had desirable status. Also, 7%, 4%, 14% of mosques, Hosseinieh and Tekeye and holy places were undesirable. There was a significant difference between Urban and rural mosques. Urban holy places had better status than rural holy places, but this difference was not significant.
Conclusion: The results indicated that the health status of studied religious places was relatively desirable, but almost half of rural holy places were weak or medium in terms of health. It is suggested to improve the health status of these places with the cooperation of health authorities and active participation of the clergy and Friday-prayer leaders and also attracting public participation.

مواد و روش ها این پژوهش یک مطالعه توصیفی- مقطعی است که در آن کل اماکن مذهبی شهرستان آمل شامل 412 مسجد، 57 امکنه متبرکه و همچنین 195 حسینیه و تکیه به صورت سرشماری در سال 1393 مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است.
مشخصات مساجد و اماکن متبرکه مورد مطالعه: در جدول شماره 1 اطلاعات تعداد مساجد، حسینیهها و تکیهها و اماکن متبرکه شهری و روستایی آمده است.
همانطوریکه در جدول شماره 2 ذکر شده است، دفع فاضلاب در همه مساجد و اماکن متبرکهی شهری شهرستان آمل بهداشتی بوده، اما در 2/17% از مساجد، 8/28% از حسینیهها و تکیهها و 7/16% از اماکن متبرکهی روستایی غیر بهداشتی بوده است.
