چکیده:
هدف: این پژوهش، با هدف بررسی اثربخشی درمان گروهی پذیرش و تعهد بر کاهش اضطراب مبتلایان به ام.اس انجام شد.
روش: طرح پژوهش، شبه آزمایشی از نوع پیش آزمون-پس آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش، اعضای جامعه حمایت از بیماران ام.اس شهر تهران و حجم نمونه شامل 30 نفر بود که به شیوه ی نمونه گیری در دسترس از میان اعضا جامعه ی ام.اس انتخاب شدند و بطور تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل جایگزین شدند. در مرحله ی پیش آزمون از پرسشنامه اضطراب بک برای سنجش میزان اضطراب مبتلایان استفاده شد. گروه آزمایش جلسات درمانی را به مدت 8 جلسه ی یک ساعت و نیمه دو بار در هفته دریافت کردند اما گروه کنترل هیچ درمانی دریافت نکرد. در مرحله ی پس آزمون و پیگیری سه ماهه، مجددا پرسشنامه اضطراب بک برای هر دو گروه اجرا شد.
یافته ها: نتایج تحلیل کوواریانس نشان داد کاهش نمرات اضطراب گروه آزمایش در مرحله ی پس آزمون در مقایسه با گروه کنترل معنادار بود و نیز اثر درمانی ACT در پیگیری 3 ماهه تداوم داشت(P<0.01). نتایج روشن ساخت که درمان پذیرش و تعهد، درمانی موثر در کاهش اضطراب مبتلایان به ام.اس است.
نتیجهگیری: روان درمانی پذیرش و تعهد می تواند به عنوان برنامه ی مداخله ای در مراکز مربوط به بیماران ام.اس مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.
Objective: acceptance and commitment therapy is a third generation behavioral therapy that uses mindfulness skills، acceptance and cognitive defusion in order to achieve psychological flexibility. The main purpose of this research was to evaluate the effectiveness of acceptance and commitment therapy on anxiety in patients with Multiple Sclerosis( MS).
Method: This research was carried out based on questionnaire survey and Beck Anxiety Inventory. The method of the experimental design of pretest - posttest control group design was used. The respondents of the survey were chosen from members of MS community of Tehran and randomly classified in two experimental/control groups. In pre-test the severity of anxiety was assessed by Beck Anxiety Inventory. The experimental group received 8 ، one and half hour-sessions of ACT twice a week for a month but the control group did not receive any intervention. Again in post-test and 3 month follow up BAI was conducted.
Results: The findings of this study showed significant differences between control and experimental groups. Acceptance and commitment therapy has a significant effect on reducing anxiety in multiple sclerosis.
Conclusion: It can be concluded that acceptance and commitment therapy is effective in reducing anxiety in patients with multiple sclerosis.
