چکیده:
مقدمه: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی فعالیت سیستمهای مغزی رفتاری در افراد مبتلا به اختلال پرخوری، مبتلا به اعتیاد و افراد بهنجار انجام شد. روش: طرح پژوهش حاضر توصیفی از نوع علی مقایسهای بود، جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل تمامی افراد مبتلا به اختلال پرخوری مراجعهکننده به مراکز مشاوره شهر اراک و همچنین تمام افراد دارای تشخیص اعتیاد مراجعهکننده به مراکز ترک اعتیاد و انجمن معتادان گمنام شهر اراک در نیمه دوم سال ۱۳۹۵ بودند که از این میان سه گروه ۳۲ نفری شامل گروه مبتلا به پرخوری، اعتیاد و بهنجار به روش نمونهگیری در دسترس و لحاظ کردن ملاکهای ورود و خروج به پژوهش انتخاب شدند، از پرسشنامههای مقیاس پرخوری گورمالی (۱۹۸۲) و پرسشنامهی پنج عاملی جکسون (۲۰۰۹) جهت گردآوری اطلاعات استفاده شد. دادهها با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل چندمتغیری واریانس و آزمون تعقیبی توکی مورد تجزیه تحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که گروههای مبتلا به پرخوری و اعتیاد در سیستم فعالساز رفتاری و سیستم انجماد تفاوت معناداری با یکدیگر ندارند ولی نمرات این دو گروه بهطور معناداری از نمرات گروه افراد بهنجار بالاتر است. نتیجهگیری: سیستم فعالساز رفتاری و سیستم انجماد، دارای مکانیسمهای مشابه در ایجاد و تداوم اختلالات اعتیاد و پرخوری میباشند که میتوانند بهعنوان عوامل فراتشخیصی مطرح شوند.
Introduction: The aim of this study was to investigate the activity of brainal behavioral systems in patients with binge eating disorder، addiction and normal people. The present study was describes causal comparison، the statistical population included all people with binge eating disorder who referred to counseling centers as well as all individuals with addiction of counseling centers and Narcotics Anonymous in Arak city in the second half of 1395. Among them three groups of 32 individuals، including patients with bulimia، drug addiction and normal were selected through purposive sampling method and with respect to inclusion and exclusion criteria.Gurmally overeating scales and Jacsons's five-factor Inventory were applied to collect data. Data were analyzed by descriptive and inferential statistics including MANOVA and Tukey. The results of data analysis indicated that groups with overeating and addiction in activation and freezing system، are not significantly different from each other. Behavioral activation system and freezing are transdiagnosis processes in addiction and binge eating disorders which have critical roles in the creation and persistence of the disorder.
