چکیده:
مقدمه : در این پژوهش سلامت روانی، تاب آوری و سرسختی روانی در افراد ورزشکار و غیر ورزشکار مقایسه شد.
روش : روش تحقیق پژوهش حاضــر توصــیفی (علی - مقایســه ای) اســت . تعداد ٣٠٠ نفر (١٥٠ ورزشــکار و ١٥٠ غیر ورزشکار) به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس بعنوان نمونه پژوهش انتخاب شدند. برای جمع آوری داده ها از پر سشنامه تاب آوری کونور و دیویدسون ، سلامت عمومی گلدبرگ و سرسختی روانی اهواز استفاده شد. داده ها با آزمون تی گروه های مستقل و تحلیل واریانس چند متغیره تحلیل شد.
نتایج : بین سلامت روانی، تاب آوری و سرسختی روانی دو گروه ورزشکار و غیر ورزشکار تفاوت معنادار وجود دارد. بر این اساس افراد ورزشکار از سلامت روانی، تاب آوری و سرسختی روانی بالاتری برخوردار بودند.
بحث و نتیجه گیری: افراد ورزشکار تاب آوری و سرسختی روانی بالاتری داشتند و از مشکلات کمتری در زمینه ســلامت روانی و در نتیجه ســلامت روانی بالاتری برخوردارند. ازاین رو با توجه به نقش اســاســی ورزش در ارتقای شاخص های سلامت روان شناختی، برنامه ریزی در جهت تشویق افراد به خصوص نوجوانان و جوانان برای پرداختن به ورزش ، به دستگاه های مسئول و نیز خانواده ها پیشنهاد میشود.
Objective: This research was conducted with the aim of Comparing mental health, resilience & hardiness in a sample of athletes and non-athletes.
Method: This research was done via causal-comparative sampling of 300 individuals, consisting males and females, including 150 athletes and 150 non-athletes between the ages of 14-50. Participants were selected through convenience sampling .The participants' resilience was checked through Conner-Davidson Resilience Scale while their hardiness was measured by Ahvaz Hardiness Inventory. Meanwhile their mental health was assessed by utilizing General Health Questionnaire. The data were analyzed computing Independent Test and MANOVA.
Results: There is a significant difference between mental health, resilience and hardiness of athletes and non-athletes. Mental health, resilience and mental toughness of the athletes were higher.
Conclusion: Athletes had higher resilience and hardiness and fewer mental health problems and therefore higher mental health. Thus, according to the fundamental role of sport in promoting mental health, planning is necessary for families and responsible organizations to encourage people - especially teenagers and young people - to engage in sports.
