چکیده:
سبک های دلبستگی پیش بینی کننده مهمی برای بهداشت روانی هستند. افراد با سبک دلبستگی نا ایمن نسبت به افراد ایمن بیشتر در معرض مشکلات روانی مانند اضطراب، افسردگی می باشند. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه بین سبک های دلبستگی با افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس در دانشجویان است. روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه این پژوهش دانشجویان دانشگاه شهید بهشتی تهران بودند که نمونه آن به صورت چند مرحله ای خوشه ای - دردسترس انتخاب شد، بدین صورت که ابتدا از بین دانشکده های دانشگاه شهید بهشتی تعداد سه دانشگاه به صورت تصادفی انتخاب و از بین دانشجویان هر یک از دانشکده ها 27 دانشجو برای شرکت در پژوهش گزینش شدند. جهت سنجش سبک دلبستگی از پرسشنامه دلبستگی کولینز و رید و برای سنجش میزان افسردگی، استرس و اضطراب دانشجویان از پرسشنامه DASS استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد بین سبک دلبستگی ایمن و اجتنابی و متغیرهای افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس دانشجویان رابطه معناداری وجود ندارد اما بین سبک دلبستگی دوسوگرا با متغیرهای افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس دانشجویان رابطه مثبت معناداری وجود دارد (P<0/01). همچنین نتایج حاصل از تحلیل گام به گام رگرسیون نشان داد که سبک دلبستکی دوسوگرا، 14 درصد پیش بینی کننده میزان افسردگی ، 58 درصد پیش بینی کننده میزان اضطراب و 26 درصد پیش بینی کننده میزان استرس دانشجویان است.

Studies have shown that attachment styles are an important predictor for mental health, and those with insecure attachment style more secure than those exposed to psychological problems such as anxiety, depression, etc. are. Therefore, this study was to investigate the relationship between attachment styles and depression, anxiety and stress among university students. The results of the analysis, stepwise regression showed that Dlbstky style ambivalent, 14 percent predict rates of depression, anxiety and 26 percent, with 58 percent predicting a predictor of stress in students
