Strategic Leadership and Job Engagement and Organizational Identity Seyyed Mahdi Ekrani*, Meisam Latifi** Abstract This paper offers and tests a model that make better perception from the impacts of strategic leadership according to determining strategic direction, exploiting and maintaining core competencies, developing human capital, sustaining an effective corporate culture, emphasizing ethical practices, and establishing strategic control on employees job engagement(vigor, dedication, absorption) regarding to mediation effect of organizational identity.
The main objective of this research is analysis of the relationship between percentage of managerial ownership and the level of conservativeness applied in the financial reporting of the companies accepted in Tehran Stock Exchange.
The research results indicate that factors affecting derived from establishment Strategic Information System motivated by research findings,evaluation of effectiveness, research needs assessment well managed leads to key competencies of institution and this result has been approved.
