چکیده:
زمینه و هدف: موضوع اتانازی از زمانهای بسیار دور از مسائل مهم و مورد مناقشه در پزشکی اخلاق بوده است و مدافعان و مخالفان جدی داشته و دارد. موافقان آن بر اساس فلسفه «حق» و «حق زندگی» و «حق مرگ» به آن نگرش داشته و از طرفی مخالفین با استناد به مبانی و آموزهای دینی و دیگر مبانی فلسفی از جمله فلسفه «وظیفهگرا» و یا «فلسفه فضیلت» آن را نهی میکنند. بر اساس فلسفه «حق» بحث در مورد «حق انتخاب مرگ آسان» یا «اتانازی» در افراد زیر 18 سال نیز مطرح شده و در سال 2014 بلژیک آن را به رسمیت شناخت که مناقشات بسیاری در مورد آن از جمله وجود حق انتخاب، توانایی انتخاب درست، توانایی تحمل این مسوولیت و داشتن صلاحیت کافی را در این مورد را به وجود آورد.
مواد و روشها: در این مقاله مروری روایتی، بر اساس جستجو کلمات «اتانازی» و «کودکان» در سایتهای ایرانی و خارجی از جمله Google Scholar و PubMed در بین سالهای 2011 تا 2017 و نیز بررسی متون، مقالات و کتب در مورد «حقوق کودکان» در منابع داخلی تلاش در جمعآوری مطالب و تحلیل آن شده است.
یافتهها: در بررسی موضوع مشخص شد که تفاوتهای فرهنگی، اجتماعی، آموزههای دینی و اعتقادی ـ اخلاقی و عرفی و نیز نگرش به مبحث «حق» در موضوع اتانازی در کودکان زیر 18 سال در کشورهای مختلف بسیار زیاد بوده و در عین حال با موضوع اتانازی در بزرگسالان نیز متفاوت و دارای پیچیدگیهای خاص میباشد.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: صداقت و امانتداری در گزارش متون و منابع، استناددهی به منابع معتبر و تلاش برای پرهیز از هر گونه سوگیری رعایت شده است. این پژوهش با هزینه شخصی انجام شده و فاقد هر گونه حمایت مالی و یا وابستگی به مرکزی میباشد.
نتیجهگیری: مقوله مجوز اتانازی به طور عام و برای افراد کمتر از 18 سال به طور خاص بایستی فارغ از بحث حق فردی مورد بررسی قرار گیرد. همچنین حتی توجه به اصولی مانند احترام به اتونومی افراد به دلیل محدودیتها و قرائت خاص از آن در کشورها، فرهنگها و ادیان مختلف و پیچیدگی مساله مورد بحث، به تنهایی و بدون توجه به اصول سودرسانی، عدم ضرررسانی و عدالت برای تصمیمگیری در این خصوص کافی نبوده و مانند بسیاری از چالشهای اخلاقی نیاز به بررسی بیشتر و جامعتری برای دستیافتن به راهکارهای قابل قبولی و با رویکردهای تحلیلی متنوعتر دارد.

Findings: In the review, it was determined that socio-religious differences, religious, ethical and customary doctrines, and the attitude towards the "right" issue in the issue of euthanasia in children under the age of 18 years were very high in different countries, and at the same time different from the issue of euthanasia in adults. Particular complexities.
Ethical Considerations: Honesty and non-profit in the report of texts and resources, reference to valid sources and attempts to avoid any bias. This research is carried out at a personal expense without any financial support or central affiliation.
Conclusion: Euthanasia license generally, and for people under the age of 18, should be considered in particular, regardless of individual rights. Also, attention to principles such as respect for the autonomy of individuals due to limitations and specifics of it in different countries, cultures and religions, and the complexity of the issue under discussion, alone and without regard to the principles of profitability, lack of financial and justice to decide on this issue It is not enough and, like many moral challenges, it needs to be more explicit and comprehensive in order to arrive at acceptable solutions with more varied analytical approaches.
