چکیده:
زمینه و هدف: جو اخلاقی قسمت مهمی از فرهنگ سازمانی است که بر حیطههای اخلاقی کارکنان سازمان و کیفیت کاری تاثیرگذار است. بهبود ﺟﻮ اخلاقی در مراکز درمانی سبب رفتارهای بهتر پرستاران در برابر تنش اخلاقی، رضایتمندی حرفهایی و کاهش احتمال ترک حرفه شود. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی ارتباط بین جو اخلاقی و تمایل به ترک حرفه پرستاران شاغل در بخشهای ویژه بیمارستانهای دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مازندران در سال 1397 میباشد.
مواد و روشها: مطالعه حاضر توصیفی ـ همبستگی از نوع مقطعی است که در آن 495 نفر از پرستاران شاغل در بخشهای مراقبت ویژه مراکز آموزشی درمانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مازندران در سال 1397 و به روش سرشماری انتخاب شدهاند. برای گردآوری دادهها از پرسشنامههای مشخصات جمعیتشناختی، جو اخلاقی Olson و تمایل به ترک حرفه Hinshaw استفاده شد. دادهها با استفاده از آزمونهای همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون به وسیله نرمافزارSPSS 20 تحلیل شد.
یافتهها: جو اخلاقی با میانگین 0/08±3/78، بیش از سطح میانگین بود و تمایل به ترک حرفه در پرستاران 0/39±2/93 به میزان کمتر از سطح میانگین بود که آزمون آماری اختلاف معنیداری را نشان داد (0/001>P). همچنین ارتباط مستقیم و معناداری بین آنها وجود داشت.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: پس از توضیح درباره اهداف مطالعه و اطمینان از محرمانهماندن اطلاعات، رضایت شفاهی آگاهانه مشارکتکنندگان کسب گردید.
نتیجهگیری: در راستای یافتهها مسوولان خدمات پرستاری باید برای کاهش تمایل به ترک حرفه پرستاران بخشهای مراقبت ویژه به ارتقای جو اخلاقی مبادرت ورزند.
Background and Aim: The ethical climate is section of an organizational culture will be affect on ethical dimensions of the employees and their work efficiency. Ethical climate promotion in health care organization would be improved nurses’ behavioures to ethical tension, increase of job satisfaction and decrease of intent to quit to work. The aim of this study was to determine the correlation between nurses’ perception of ethical climate and with nurses’ intent to quit among critical care nurses in the affiliated hospitals of Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences in 2018.
Materials and Methods: This was a descriptive- correlational and cross-sectional study conducted on 495 nurses employed in critical care units of the teaching hospitals of Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences in 2018 were selected. The subjects were selected by census sampling method. Data collection was carried out using demographic data، Olson moral climate, and intent to quit of Hinshaw Questionnaires. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation and regression tests were used in SPSS 20 software
Findings: The ethical climate with mean (3.78±0.08) was at the desired level, and mean of the tendency to intent to quit on the job (2.93±0.39) was the less than average level. The statistics test showed that they were different significantly ((P<0.001)). And also, linear regression test showed that there is direct and meaningful correlation between them. The ethical climate of the critical care units for decrease intention to quit of job.
Ethical Considerations: After familiarizing the participants with the objectives of the research and explaining the confidentiality of the information, participants' oral satisfaction was obtained.
Conclusion: In order to results, nurse managers could be promotion.
