چکیده:
مقدمه :هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی درمان گروهی مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر انعطافپذیری شناختی و رضایتمندی از زندگی زنان مبتلا به بیماری مولتیپل اسکلروزیس بود. روش: روش پژوهش حاضر به شیوه آزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون- پسآزمون و پیگیری با گروه گواه بود که بر روی 30 زن مبتلا به بیماری مولتیپل اسکلروزیس که به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و گواه قرار گرفتند، انجام شد. مداخله درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد طی 8 جلسه 90 دقیقهای، هفتهای دو جلسه برای گروه آزمایش اجرا شد، در حالی که گروه گواه در این مدت هیچگونه مداخلهای دریافت نکرد. پس از اتمام جلسات، پسآزمون و سه ماه بعد از مداخله، پیگیری بر روی دو گروه آزمایش و گواه انجام شد. تحلیل دادههای خام با استفاده از آزمونهای توصیفی و استنباطی از جمله آنالیز کوواریانس صورت گرفت. یافتهها: یافتهها نشان داد درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر افزایش انعطافپذیری شناختی و رضایتمندی از زندگی(P<0/001) مبتلایان تاثیر معنیداری داشته است. این نتایج در مرحله پیگیری نیز حفظ گردید. نتیجهگیری: باتوجه به تاثیر درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر افزایش انعطافپذیری شناختی و رضایتمندی از زندگی مبتلایان و تداوم اثر آن، به کارگیری این روش در همه سطوح پیشگیری و درمان مبتلایان به بیماریهای جسمی ضروری به نظر میرسد.
Objective: The aim on present study was to evaluate the effectiveness of acceptance and commitment group therapy on cognitive flexibility and life satisfaction women with multiple sclerosis. Method: The present study design was method experimental included with pretest-posttest and follow-up with control group which was performed on 30 women with multiple sclerosis, who were randomly assigned into two groups of experimental and control group. Intervention acceptance and commitment therapy during 8 sessions, 90-minute, two sessions a week for the experimental group, while control group received no the intervention. After finishing session, posttest and three months after intervention follow-up was administrated to experimental and control group. Analysis of raw data using descriptive and inferential and tests, including analysis of covariance was performed. Results: The results revealed that the acceptance and commitment therapy had a significant positive effect on increase cognitive flexibility and life satisfaction (P<0/001). Findings were also preserved in the follow-up phase. Conclusion: According to the effect of acceptance and commitment therapy on increase cognitive flexibility and life satisfaction in suffering and its effects, application of this method at all levels of prevention and treatment of physical illness seems necessary.
