چکیده:
سلامت اجتماعی به معنی نقش و عملکرد مناسب و مطلوب فرد در جامعه و داشتن پیوندهای اجتماعی شایسته درون شبکههای اجتماعی در جامعه است. از سوی دیگر، شهرها و بهویژه کلانشهرها با انبوهی از مشکلات و مسائل اجتماعی مرتبط با سلامت اجتماعی روبرو هستند که همگی بر روی سلامت جسمی و روانی افراد نیز تاثیرگذارند. با توجه به اهمیت روزافزون موضوع سلامت اجتماعی، پژوهش حاضر درصدد برآمد ضمن بررسی این موضوع مهم، اقدام به واکاوی تعیینکنندههای اجتماعی موثر بر سلامت اجتماعی نماید. این پژوهش در بین 400 نفر از شهروندان ساکن در منطقه 1 تهران انجام شد و برای تبیین نظری موضوع از دیدگاه نظری کوری کییز و شاپیرو استفاده شد. در بخش روش نیز با استفاده از روش پیمایش و ابزار سنجش پرسشنامه و روش نمونهگیری خوشهای، اقدام به تکمیل پرسشنامه گردید. نتایج نشان داد که چهار متغیر حمایت اجتماعی، کیفیت زندگی، امنیت اجتماعی و پایگاه اجتماعی-اقتصادی همگی با متغیر وابسته سلامت اجتماعی رابطه دارند و متغیرهای مستقل برشمرده شده قادر بهپیشبینی متغیر سلامت اجتماعی نیز بودهاند. بر این مبنا بیشترین میزان پیشبینی کنندگی مربوط به متغیر حمایت اجتماعی و پسازآن به ترتیب مربوط به متغیرهای کفیت زندگی، امنیت اجتماعی و پایگاه اجتماعی-اقتصادی بوده است.
<strong>Abstract</strong> <br />Social health means the appropriate and desirable role and function of the individual in the society and having appropriate social connections within the social networks in the society. On the other hand, cities, and especially metropolises, are faced with a multitude of social health problems and problems that all affect the individuals' physical and mental health. Due to the increasing importance of social health in the present study, this study aimed to investigate the important social determinants affecting social health. This study was conducted among 400 citizens living in District One of Tehran and was used theoretically to explain the subject from the theoretical point of view of Curie Keys and Shapiro. In the method section, the questionnaire survey and cluster sampling method were used to complete the questionnaire. The results showed that the four variables of social support, quality of life, social security and socioeconomic status all correlated with the dependent variable of social health and the independent variables listed were able to predict the social health variable. Accordingly, the highest predictor was related to the social support variable and then to life satisfaction, social security and socioeconomic status, respectively. <br /><strong>Keywords: </strong>Social Health, Social Support, Quality of Life, Social Security, and Socioeconomic Status.
