چکیده:
ﺷﻬﺮ ﻫﺎی ﺧﻼق ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻣﺮاﮐﺰ ﻧﻮآوری، ﺧﻼﻗﯿﺖ و ﺗﺒﺪﯾﻞ اﯾﺪه ﺑﻪ ﺛﺮوت، ﻗﻠﻤﺪاد ﻣﯽﮔﺮدﻧﺪ. از آن ﺟﺎی ﮐﻪ اﯾﺪه ﻧﻮآوری از ﻋﻨﺎﺻﺮ اﺻﻠﯽ رﻗﺎﺑﺖ در ﻋﺼﺮ ﺟﻬﺎﻧﯽ ﺷﺪن، ﻫﺴﺖ؛ آزوی ﻫﺮ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ی ﻣﺪرﻧﯽ داﺷﺘﻦ ﺷﻬﺮ ﺧﻼق اﺳﺖ. ﺷﻬﺮ ﻫﺎی ﺧﻼق ﻣﮑﺎﻧﯽ ﺟﺬاب ﺑﺮای ﮐﺎرﮐﺮدن و زﻧﺪﮔﯽ ﺷﻬﺮوﻧﺪان ﺑﻪ ﺧﺼﻮص ﻧﺴﻞ ﺟﻮان ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ و ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﻣﯽﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﻣﮑﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﺮای ﺟﺬب ﮔﺮد ﺷﮕﺮان و ﺗﻮاﻧﻤﻨﺪ ﺳﺎزی ﺑﺨﺶ ﻫﺎی ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ اﻗﺘﺼﺎدی ﺑﺎ ﺷﻨﺪ. ﺧﻼﻗﯿﺖ در ﺷﻬﺮﻫﺎ ﺑﺎﻋﺚ رﻫﺎﯾﯽ از ﺑﻦ ﺑﺴﺖﻫﺎی ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺘﯽ و ﮐﺎﻟﺒﺪی ﻣﯽﮔﺮدد. ﺣﺮﮐﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺳﻤﺖ اﯾﺠﺎد و ﺗﺤﻘﻖ ﺷﻬﺮ ﺧﻼق ﺑﻪ دﻻﯾﻞ ﺟﺎﯾﮕﺎه ﺷﻬﺮ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻣﺤﻞ ﺷﮑﻞﮔﯿﺮی ﺑﺴﺘﺮﻫﺎی ﺟﺎ ﻣﻌﻪ داﻧﺎﯾﯽ، اﻫﻤﯿﺖ و ﻣﺤﻮر ﺑﻮدن ﺷﻬﺮﻫﺎ در ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ اﻗﺘﺼﺎدی ﺑﺴﯿﺎر ﺿﺮوری و ﻣﻬﻢ اﺳﺖ. ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﯾﻦ ﻫﺪف اﺻﻠﯽ از اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ اراﺋﻪ راﻫﺒﺮد ﺟﻬﺖ ﺗﺤﻘﻖ ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻫﺎی ﺷﻬﺮ ﺧﻼق در ﺷﻬﺮری و اﻧﺘﺨﺎب اﺳﺘﺮاﺗﮋی ﻣﻄﻠﻮب اﺳﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎری ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ را ﺗﻤﺎم ﺷﻬﺮوﻧﺪان ﺷﻬﺮ ری ﮐﻪ در ﺳﺎل 95 ﺑﺮاﺑﺮ 349700 ﺑﻮده اﻧﺪ و ﮐﺎرﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎن ﺗﺸﮑﯿﻞ ﻣﯽ دﻫﺪ. در ﮔﺮوه ﺷﻬﺮوﻧﺪان ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻓﺮﻣﻮل ﮐﻮﮐﺮان ﺣﺠﻢ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ای ﺑﻪ ﺗﻌﺪاد 322ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺳﺎده ودر ﮔﺮوه ﮐﺎرﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎن ﺑﻪ ﺗﻌﺪاد 30 ﮐﺎرﺷﻨﺎس اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﺑﺮای ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ داده ﻫﺎ از ﻣﺪل SWOT و ﺑﺮای اوﻟﻮﯾﺖ ﺑﻨﺪی اﺳﺘﺮاﺗﮋی ﻫﺎ از QSPM اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻣﺪه از ﻣﺪل swot ﻣﻮﻗﻌﯿﺖ ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻫﺎی ﺷﻬﺮ ﺧﻼق در ﺷﻬﺮ ری ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻤﺎﻣﯽ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻣﺪه، در ﻣﻮﻗﻌﯿﺖ ﺗﻬﺎﺟﻤﯽ ﻗﺮار دارد. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از qsmp ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﯽ دﻫﺪ ﮐﻪ از ﺑﯿﻦ ﭼﻬﺎر اﺳﺘﺮاﺗﮋی ﻣﻬﻢ ، اﺳﺘﺮاﺗﮋی دوم ﻣﺒﻨﯽ ﺑﺮ اﯾﺠﺎد ﻓﻀﺎﻫﺎی ﺗﻌﺎﻣﻠﯽ ﺷﻬﺮی در ﻣﺤﻼت ﺑﺎ ﻗﺪﻣﺖ و ﺑﺎ ﻫﻮﯾﺖ ﺑﺎ ﻣﺸﺎرﮐﺖ و ﻫﻤﮑﺎری ﺷﻬﺮوﻧﺪان و ﺷﻬﺮداری ﺑﺎ ﮐﺴﺐ ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮﯾﻦ اﻣﺘﯿﺎز ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﺑﻬﺘﺮﯾﻦ راﻫﺒﺮد ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺘﻪ ﻣﯽ ﺷﻮد.
Creative cities are considered centers of innovation, creativity and transformation of ideas into wealth. Since the idea of innovation is one of the main elements of competition in the age of globalization, the freedom of any modern society is to have a creative city. Creative cities are an attractive place to work and live the lives of citizens, especially the younger generation, and can also be a place to attract and empower different sectors of the economy. Creativity in cities makes it possible to get rid of administrative and physical impediments. Moving towards the creation and realization of a creative city, due to the location of the city as the location of the formation of knowledge-based platforms, the importance and focus of cities in economic development is essential and important. Therefore, the main objective of this research is to provide a strategy for realizing the indicators of a creative city in Shahr-e Rice and selecting the desired strategy. The statistical population of the study was all the citizens of Ray city, which in 1995 was 349700, and experts. In the group of citizens using the Cochran formula, a sample size of 322 was randomlyselected and in the group of experts, 30 experts were selected. To analyze the data, the SWOT model and QSPM have been used to prioritize strategies. According to the results of the swot model, the position of the city's creative indicators in Ray has been in aggressive position with all the factors involved. The results of qsmp show that among the four important strategies, the second strategy is to create interactive urban spaces in old and original neighborhoods with the participation of citizens and municipalities with the highest score as the best strategy.
