Postcolonial literary theory is to state the effect of the colonization of Europe to other regions of the world and also people living under colonialism in different aspects and to deal with its growth in west literary and philosophical heritage. This study demonstrates the impact of colonization on postcolonial theory in the field of literary criticism, in order to prove the fact, although many people have this idea, the real founder of this theory is none other than Edward Said. His theory is based on the principle that Western thinkers have raised, mostly - in contrast to the civilized West - false picture of the East as the primary "other". The author believes that the consequences of colonialism have continued since today in the form of anarchy, coups, corruption, civil war and bloodshed. Powerful colonialists with distorted language and culture of colonized nations imposed on these lands a language and a culture. This paper, based on the works of some of the colonial and post-colonial novelists, is looking for a way to escape the consequences of colonization and reproduction of native culture for each country so that each colony can build his image and his date out of framework which is encapsulated.
