چکیده:
پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحی و آزمون مدل علی جهت تبیین تعارضات خانوادگی در خانواده های دارای کودکان نقص توجه همراه با بیش فعالی بر روی 250 نفر از مادران مراجعه کننده به روانشناسان و مشاوران شهرستان شیراز که به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی انتخاب شده بودند انجام شد. روش این پژوهش توصیفی – همبستگی است، جهت جمع آوری داده ها از سه پرسشنامه نشانه های بیماری دراگاتیس، مقیاس محیط خانواده موس و همکاران و سیاهه رفتاری کودک آخنباخ و همکاران استفاده شد. برای تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزار AMOS و SPSS استفاده گردید. یافته ها نشان داد که مشکلات رفتاری کودکان اثر مستقیم و معنی داری هم بر پریشانی مادر و هم بر تعارضات خانوادگی دارد، پریشانی مادر اثر مستقیم و معنی دار بر تعارضات خانوادگی دارد و همچنین اثرغیر مستقیم از مشکلات رفتاری کودکان به تعارضات خانواده از طریق پریشانی مادر نیز معنی دار به دست آمد. در کل داده ها نشان داد که مدل پیشنهادی با069/0 RAMSE=برازش گردید. بنابراین نتایج فوق نشان می دهد که مدل فوق به دلیل توجه کردن به نقش عوامل تاثیر گذار مسیری مهم در جهت افزایش سلامت و استحکام خانواده باشد.
A causal model for explaining family conflicts in families with ADHD children in Shiraz The purpose of this study was to design and test the causal model for explaining family conflicts in families with ADHD children, among 250 mothers who were referred to psychologist and counselors in shiraz who were selected by random sampling method. The method of this research is a correlation. To collect data, used three questionnaires, Brief Symptom Inventor, family scale of Mouse and colleagues and The Child Behavior Check List were used. The data were analyzed using AMOS and SPSS software. Findings showed that children's behavioral problems have a direct and significant effect on both mother's distress and family conflicts. Mother distress has an immediate and considerable impact on family conflicts, as well as the indirect impact of children's non-behavioral problems on family conflicts was significant due to suffering in the mother. In general, the data showed that the proposed model of RAMSE = /069 was fitted. Therefore, the above results show that the high model due to paying attention to the role of possible factors is an effective route for family health and well-being.
