This research, in terms of strategy, is a mixed (qualitative and quantitative) research. In the qualitative section, using qualitative content analysis and open, axial & selective coding, the ways of entering to the international markets are identified. Also in quantitative section in order to prioritization of identified ways, analytical hierarchy process (AHP) is used. Based on data analysis a model of entry ways to international market is identified. Accordingly, two strategy of participation in investments (including direct investments and indirect investments) and non-participation in investments (including partnership agreements and export) are identified as the ways of entering to international markets.
