چکیده:
مقدمه و هدف: آموزش بالینی در شکل دهی مهارت های اساسی و توانمندی های حرفه ای دانشجویان پزشکی نقش اساسی دارد. بنابراین شناخت وضعیت فعلی آن می تواند بستری برای ارتقاء وضعیت عملکرد آنها در آینده فراهم سازد. باتوجه به این امر ، مطالعه ی حاضر با هدف شناسایی عوامل موثر بر کیفیت آموزش بالینی در پردیس رامسر انجام گرفت.
روش کار: این تحقیق یک مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی بود و با نمونه گیری به روش سرشماری و بر روی 181 نفر از دانشجویان و اساتید بالینی پردیس رامسر انجام شد. ابزار گردآوری داده ها پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود که شامل دو قسمت اطلاعات دموگرافیک ، دیدگاه دانشجویان و اساتید بالینی درباره آموزش بالینی بود. داده ها با SPSS-18 و روش های آمار توصیفی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.
یافته ها : در مطالعه حاضر 23/69 درصد از دانشجویان زن و 46 درصد مدرسان مرد بودند که 80 درصد از مدرسان و 64/50 درصد از دانشجویان متاهل هستند و ارتباط معنی داری میان حیطه های آزمون که شامل خصوصیات فردی فراگیر ، خصوصیات فردی مدرس، محیط بالینی، برنامه ریزی آموزشی و متغیر ارزشیابی بالینی وجود دارد.
نتیجه گیری : بر اساس نتایج مطالعه چنین به نظر می رسد که با تقویت و اجرای دقیق و منظم برنامه های موجود، بهبود فضای آموزشی و آشنا نمودن مربیان با شرح وظایف خود در قبال دانشجویان می توان کیفیت آموزش بالینی را ارتقا داد.
Introduction: Clinical education plays a fundamental role in forming basic skills
and professional competencies for medical doctor students. Understanding students’ perspectives on clinical training can help us to improve the quality of their clinical performance in the future According to this study aimed to identify factors affecting the quality of clinical education in Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences campus Authority carried out.
Methods: descriptive and cross-sectional design was used to carry out the study in 2016. Using consensus sampling method, 118 medical doctor students from the mazandaran medical School and midwifery were involved in the study. Data gathering tool consisted of demographic data form and a researcher made questionnaire for assessing the viewpoints of students about clinical education. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics in SPSS v.18.
Result: In this study, 69.23% of female students and 46% of male instructors were 80% of teachers and 50.64% of married students. There is a significant relationship between the assumptions of the test, which includes the individual characteristics of the subject, the individual characteristics of the teacher, the clinical environment, educational planning, and the clinical evaluation variable.
Conclusion: According to the findings, accurate and concise implementation of the curriculum, providing appropriate educational atmosphere and giving awareness to instructors and hospital personnel about their responsibility regarding students and their duties may improve the quality of clinical education.
