چکیده:
اهداف: سبک زندگی یکی از مهم ترین عوامل تعیین کننده سلامت به حساب می آید و لازم است دانشجویان از یک برنامه مدون آموزشی در زمینه عوامل مرتبط با سبک زندگی پیروی کنند. بنابراین پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی دوره آموزشی- روان شناختی سبک زندگی سالم بر کیفیت زندگی (جسمانی و روان شناختی) و سلامت اجتماعی دانشجویان انجام شد.
مواد و روش ها: در این پژوهش کاربردی از نوع نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون- پس آزمون در سال 95-1394، تعداد 76 نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد اراک با روش نمونه گیری داوطلبانه انتخاب شده و به طور تصادفی به دو گروه آموزش (37 نفر) و گواه (39 نفر) که براساس معیارهای سن و جنس همتا شده بودند تقسیم شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسش نامه محقق ساخته اطلاعات جمعیت شناختی، پرسش نامه کیفیت زندگی (SF-36) و پرسش نامه سلامت اجتماعی کییز بود. برنامه آموزشی سبک زندگی طی یک دوره 30ساعته برای گروه آموزش اجرا شد و گروه کنترل هیچ مداخله ای دریافت نکرد. به منظور تحلیل داده ها از آزمون تحلیل کواریانس چندمتغیره استفاده شد.
یافته ها: میانگین نمرات پس آزمون مولفه های کیفیت زندگی (کارکردهای جسمانی، درد جسمانی، سلامت عمومی، سرزندگی، کارکردهای اجتماعی، نقش هیجانی و سلامت روانی) بین دو گروه تفاوت معنی داری داشت (p<0/05)، اما در مولفه نقش جسمانی کیفیت زندگی و نیز سلامت اجتماعی تفاوتی بین دو گروه وجود نداشت (p>0/05).
نتیجه گیری: دوره آموزشی- روان شناختی سبک زندگی سالم موجب بهبود کیفیت زندگی دانشجویان می شود، ولی در نقش جسمانی کیفیت زندگی و سلامت اجتماعی تاثیری ندارد.
Lifestyle is one of the most important determinants of health. Students need to follow a curriculum on lifestyle factors. Therefore, the present study was conducted with the aim of evaluating the effect of healthy lifestyle psycho-educational training on quality of life (physical and psychological) and social health of students.
Materials & Methods: In the present semi-experimental research with pre-test and post-test design, conducted in 2015-2016, 76 students of Islamic Azad University of Arak, Iran were selected by voluntary sampling method and randomly divided to education (37 students) and control (39 persons) groups that were matched according to age and gender criteria. The research instruments were a researcher-made questionnaire for demographic data, a quality of life questionnaire (SF-36), and Keys social health questionnaire. The lifestyle training program was conducted for a 30-hour course for the education group, and the control group did not receive any interventions. Multivariate analysis of covariance analysis was used to analyze the data.
Findings: The mean post-test scores of the components of quality of life (physical function, physical pain, general health, vitality, social function, emotional role and mental health) was significantly different between 2 groups (p 0.05).
Conclusion: Healthy lifestyle psycho-educational training improves the quality of life of students, but it does not affect the physical role of quality of life and social health.
