چکیده:
اهداف: امنیت و هستیشناسی به عنوان دو مفهوم اساسی در اکثر ادیان بهویژه دین اسلام و نظریات علمی حوزه علوم انسانی محسوب میگردند. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی آموزش امنیت هستیشناختی بر هویت دینی، امنیت روانی و امنیت شغلی معلمان بود.
ابزار و روشها: در این پژوهش شبهآزمایشی که با طرح پیشآزمون، پسآزمون و پیگیری دو ماهه همراه با گروه کنترل انجام شد، تعداد 30 نفر از معلمان زن مراجعهکننده به مرکز مشاوره شهر یاسوج به روش نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب و در دو گروه 15 نفری آزمایش و کنترل به صورت تصادفی جایگزین شدند و از طریق پرسشنامههای هویت دینی، امنیت روانشناختی و ناامنی شغلی ادراکشده مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. گروه آزمایش در 6 جلسه 75 دقیقهای آموزش امنیت هستیشناختی شرکت کردند ولی گروه کنترل هیچگونه آموزشی دریافت نکرد. دادهها توسط آزمون تحلیل واریانس با اندازهگیری مکرر در نرمافزار SPSS نسخه 24 تجزیه و تحلیل گردیدند.
یافتهها: میانگین نمرات هویت دینی و امنیت روانی گروه آزمایش نسبت به گروه کنترل در مراحل پسآزمون و پیگیری افزایش نشان دادند و این افزایش در میانگین نمرات امنیت شغلی در مرحله پسآزمون نیز مشاهده شد اما در مرحله پیگیری، کاهش وجود داشت. در مرحله پسآزمون، میزان تأثیر آموزش امنیت هستیشناختی بر هویت دینی (P0.05).
نتیجهگیری: آموزش امنیت هستیشناختی در بهبود هویت دینی، امنیت روانی و امنیت شغلی مؤثر است؛ لیکن تداوم اثربخشی آن بر امنیت شغلی به عوامل دیگری مانند مؤلفههای اجتماعی وابسته است.
Aims Security and ontology are considered as two basic concepts in most religions, especially the religion of Islam and scientific theories in the field of humanities. The aim of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of ontological security training on religious identity, psychological safety, and job security among teachers.
Instruments & Methods In this quasi-experimental study was carried out using pre-test, post-test, and two-month follow-up design with control group, 30 female teachers referred to Farhangian Counseling Center of Yasuj were selected by purposive sampling method and were randomly classified into the experimental and control groups that each group included 15 subjects, and were assessed using religious identity, psychological safety, and perceived job insecurity questionnaires. The experimental group participated in 6 sessions-75 minutes of ontological security training, but the control group received no training session. Data were analyzed using repeated measures ANOVA in SPSS v. 24.
Findings The mean scores of religious identity and mental security in the experimental group showed an increase compared to the control group in the post-test and follow-up stages, and this increase was also observed in the mean scores of job security in the post-test stage, but there was a decrease in the follow-up stage. In the post-test phase, the effect of ontological security training on religious identity (P0.05).
Conclusion The ontological security training is effective in improving religious identity, psychological safety, and job security, but continuation of its effectiveness on job security depends on other factors such as social components.
