چکیده:
مقدمه و هدف: همدلی و انعطافپذیری شناختی زﻧﺎن دارای ﻫﻤﺴﺮ ﺟﺎﻧﺒﺎز بهدلیل شرایط خاص و استرسهای ویژه از اهمیت ویژهای برخوردار است. ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ با هدف ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ اﺛﺮﺑﺨﺸﯽ آموزش مبتنیبر ذهنآگاهی بر همدلی و انعطافپذیری شناختی زنان دارای همسر جانباز اﻧﺠﺎم ﮔﺮﻓت. روش: پژوﻫﺶ از ﻧﻮع نیمهآزﻣﺎﯾﺸﯽ ﺑﺎ پیشآزمون ـ پسآزمون ﺑﺎ ﮔﺮوه گواه ﺑﻮد. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎری ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ، زﻧﺎن دارای ﻫﻤﺴﺮ ﺟﺎﻧﺒﺎز 25 ﺗﺎ 40 درﺻﺪ ﺷﻬﺮ تهران در ﺳﺎل 1396 ﺑﻮد. ﻧﻤﻮﻧﮥ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ 24 زن ﻫﻤﺴﺮ ﺟﺎﻧﺒﺎز ﺑﻮد ﮐﻪ ﺑﻪ روش نمونهگیری دردﺳﺘﺮس انتخاب شدند و در دو ﮔﺮوه آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ (12 ﻧﻔﺮ) و ﮔﺮوه گواه (12ﻧﻔﺮ) بهصورت ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ. سپس ﺑﻪ پرسشنامه صفات همدلی باتسون (1983) و پرسشنامه انعطافپذیری شناختی (2010) ﭘﺎﺳﺦ دادﻧﺪ. ﮔﺮوه آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ، ﺑﻪ ﻣﺪت 8 ﺟﻠﺴﻪ و ﻫﺮ ﻫﻔﺘﻪ ﯾﮏ ﺟﻠﺴﻪ، ﺗﺤﺖ آموزش مبتنیبر ذهنآگاهی بهصورت گروهی ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ و در ﮔﺮوه گواه ﻫﯿﭻ ﻣﺪاﺧﻠﻪای ﺻﻮرت ﻧﮕﺮﻓﺖ. ﺑﺮای تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها، آزﻣﻮن ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﮐﻮوارﯾﺎﻧﺲ اﻧﺠﺎم شد. نتایج: یافتهها ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﺑﯿﻦ دو ﮔﺮوه آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ و گواه ﭘﺲ از اﺟﺮای آموزش مبتنیبر ذهنآگاهی ازﻟﺤﺎظ ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪﻫﺎی همدلی و انعطافپذیری شناختی، ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻣﻌﻨﯽداری وﺟﻮد دارد. ﻣﯿﺰان ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪﻫﺎی همدلی و انعطافپذیری شناختی در ﮔﺮوه آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ پیشآزمون و ﮔﺮوه گواه بهطور معنیداری تغییر ﯾﺎﻓﺖ (p < 0.01). بحث: میتوان نتیجه گرفت که آموزش مبتنیبر ذهنآگاهی ﺑﻪ ارتقای ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪﻫﺎی همدلی و انعطافپذیری شناختی در زﻧﺎن ﻫﻤﺴﺮ ﺟﺎﻧﺒﺎز ﻣﻨﺠﺮ میشود.
Introduction and Objective: The empathy and cognitive flexibility of the women whose husbands are disabled veterans is especially important due to special circumstances and stresses they undergo. The present study aims to investigate the impact of mindfulness-based training on the empathy and cognitive flexibility of the wives of disabled veterans. Method: This is a quasi-experimental study with pretest-posttest and control group. The statistical population consisted of 25 to 40 percent of the wives of disabled veterans in Tehran, Iran in 2017. The research sample included 24 wives of disabled veteran who were randomly assigned into experimental (12 people) and control groups (12 people). They responded to the Batson Empathy Adjectives Questionnaire (1983) and the Cognitive Flexibility Inventory (2010). The experimental group received group-based mindfulness treatment for 8 weekly sessions, and no intervention was performed on the control group. Covariance analysis was used to analyze the data. Results: The results showed that there is a significant difference between the experimental and control groups after mindfulness training on empathy and cognitive flexibility.
