چکیده:
مقدمه: سیستم آموزشی درگذشته، مانند امروز برای علایق و انگیزههای دانشجویان اهمیت زیادی قائل نمیشد؛ مسئله این است که آیا با درمان گروهی مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد میتوان به دانشجویان در تنظیم هیجان، سرمایههای روانشناختی و راهبردهای مقابلهایشان کمک کرد؟ هدف این پژوهش، مطالعه اثربخشی گروه درمانی مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر تنظیم هیجان، سرمایههای روانشناختی و راهبردهای مقابلهای دانشجویان بود.
روش کار: روش این پژوهش شبهآزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون- پسآزمون و دورۀ دوماهۀ پیگیری با گروه گواه بود. یک نمونۀ 50 نفری از دانشجویان که دارای ملاکهای ورود به تحقیق بودند به روش در دسترس انتخاب و به روش تصادفی در دو گروه مساوی آزمایش و گواه جایگزین شدند. جلسات کارگاهی هفتهای یک بار در 12 جلسه 90 دقیقهای برای گروه آزمایش برگزار گردید اما گروه گواه مداخلهای دریافت نکرد. ابزار مورد استفاده در این پژوهش پرسشنامه تنظیم هیجان فرم کوتاه (گارنفسکی و کرایج، 2006)، پرسشنامه سرمایههای روانشناختی (لوتانز و آولیو، 2007) و پرسشنامه راهبردهای مقابلهای (فولکمن و لازاروس، 1988) بودند.
یافته ها: یافتهها نشان داد که مداخله مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر تنظیم هیجان، سرمایههای روانشناختی و راهبردهای مقابلهعای دانشجویان مؤثر بوده است (0001/0 p) و این اثربخشی در مرحلۀ پیگیری نیز بر هرسه متغیر پایدار ماند (0001/0 p).
نتیجه گیری:براساس یافتههای این پژوهش میتوان گفت که درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد جهت کمک به دانشجویان روشی مفید است.
Background: The past educational system did not pay much attention to the interests and motivations of the students as it is today; the question is whether group therapy based on acceptance and commitment can help students manage their emotional regulation, psychological capitals and coping strategies? Aims: This study aimed to check the effectiveness of acceptance and commitment based group therapy on emotional regulation, psychological capitals and coping strategies of students.
Method: The research method was quasi-experimental with pre, post and follow-up design with control group. To this end, 50 students whom had criteria for entering the research were selected through convenience sampling and using simple random selection to input them into two experimental and control group (each group 25 members). The workshop was held once a week for 12 sessions of 90 mins. In this research emotion regulation breaf form (Garnefski & Kraaij, 2006), psychological capitals (Luthans & Avolio, 2007) and coping strategies (Folkman & Lazarus, 1988) questionnaires administered among selected samples.

Conclusions: Based on the findings, it can be concluded that acceptance and commitment therapy is useful to help students.
