چکیده:
شاید بتوان گفت ارتباط یکی از قدیمیترین و درعینحال بهترین دستاوردهای بشر میباشد. ارتباط علاوه بر کارکردهای متنوع برای بشر، زمینهساز فعالیتهای اجتماعی و سرآغازی برای زندگی اجتماعی است. لذا هدف پژوهش حاضر این است که چگونگی زبان بدن مدرسان را تحلیل نموده و نوع گفتمانهای رایج در زبان بدن مدرسان را تفسیر نماید. برای نیل به این هدف، روش کیفی از نوع پدیدارشناسی مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است. جامعه آماری پژوهش را مدرسان دانشگاه فرهنگیان در سال تحصیلی 97 - 1396 که سابقه تدریس بیش از سه سال را داشتند تشکیل میداد. نمونه از طریق نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب شد و با توجه به اشباع نظری 15 نفر انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری دادهها مصاحبه نیمه سازمانیافته بوده است که پس از بیان اهداف تحقیق و تاکید بر اصل محرمانه بودن؛ مصاحبه با هر مدرس ضبط و مکتوب شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از تحلیل توصیفی استفاده شده است و جزئیات یافتهها مورد تفسیر قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد مدرسان نشانههای زبان بدن را به منظور هفت نوع گفتمان شامل گفتمان هشدار، تایید و عدمتایید، صمیمیت، اعتماد، عصبانیت، تفکر و کنترل استفاده مینمایند. در نهایت میتوان گفت زبان بدن در ساده سازی مطالب، ایجاد موقعیت و نگرش مثبت در کلاس درس، موفقیت در اجرای تدریس، اعتماد مدرسان به دانشجویان و توانایی یادگیری عمیق، موثر خواهد بود.
Perhaps it can be said that, communication is one of the oldest, and at the same time, the best human achievement. In addition to various functions for human beings, communication is the foundation of social activities and social life. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the body language of instructors and to interpret common discourse in language of teachers. In other to achieve this goal, the qualitative method of the phenomenological type is used. The statistical population of this study consisted of teachers of farhangian university with more than three years of teaching experience and background within the year 2017-2018. The sample was selected through purposive sampling and 15 people were selected based on theoretical saturation. The data gathering tool was a semi-structured interview, and after expressing the aims of the research and emphasizing the principle of confidentiality, the interviews with teachers were recorded and written. Descriptive analysis was used to analyze the data, and the findings of the data were interpreted. Results showed that teachers use body language signals for seven types of discourses including: warning discourse, confirmation and uncertainty, intimacy, trust, anger, thinking and control. Finally, it can be said that body language is effective in simplification of expressing issues, creating positive situations and views in the classroom, success in teaching process, the teachers trust in students and the ability for efficient learning.
