چکیده:
زمینه و هدف: امروزه یکی از معضلات اجتماعی که حق مشروع و گزینش همسر را از دختران سلب مینماید ازدواجهای ناخواسته است. این آسیب کموبیش در مناطق گوناگونی از جهان وجود دارد. سالانه 4 میلیون زن در جهان خریدوفروش یا مجبور به ازدواج اجباری میشوند.
مواد و روشها: این تحقیق از نوع نظری بوده روش تحقیق بهصورت توصیفی تحلیلی میباشد و روش جمعآوری اطلاعات بهصورت کتابخانهای است و با مراجعه به اسناد، کتب و مقالات صورت گرفته است.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: در تمام مراحل نگارش پژوهش حاضر، ضمن رعایت اصالت متون، صداقت و امانتداری رعایت شده است.
یافتهها: این پدیده شوم منحصر به کشورهای جهان سوم نیست و در کشورهای پیشرفته و صنعتی هم گزارش شده است. بیتردید علل گوناگونی در بروز این ناهنجاریها تأثیر دارد که میتوان به علل فردی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی و سیاسی اشاره کرد. اما بههرحال باید آثار منفی آن را بر روابط خانوادگی موردمطالعه قرارداد.
نتیجهگیری: به اعتقاد بسیاری از صاحبنظران اجتماعی، عنصر رضایت و توافق طرفین در ازدواج یکی از عوامل استحکام نهاد خانواده و پایداری نکاحی است، لیکن از گذشته تا امروز، ازدواجهای اجباری و ناخواسته به وقوع پیوسته که این نوع وصلتها معمولاً عمده خسارات مادی و معنوی متوجه دختران بوده است. این در حالی است که در تمام ادیان الهی، حق آزادی فرد در همسرگزینی مشروع و حق انتخاب شدن در فرایند ازدواج جز حقوق مسلم دختران شمرده شده است.
Background and Aim: Today, one of the social problems that deprives girls of their legitimate right to choose a spouse is unwanted marriages. This damage is more or less present in different parts of the world. Every year, 4 million women around the world are forced into marriage or forced into marriage. However, its negative effects on family relationships should be studied. Conclusion: According to many social experts, the element of consent and agreement between the parties in marriage is one of the factors in the strength of the family institution and the stability of marriage. But from the past to the present, forced and unwanted marriages have taken place, and these types of marriages have usually been the main material and spiritual damage to girls. In all divine religions, however, the right to freedom of choice of spouse and the right to be elected in the marriage process are inalienable rights of girls.
