چکیده:
زمینه: تحقیقات نشان داده است که قلدری سازمانی منجر به ایجاد آسیبهای روانشناختی و هیجانی در بین کارمندان می شود. آیا با آموزش نظم جویی هیجانی می توان به کاهش این آسیب ها کمک کرد؟ هدف: این پژوهش با هدف بررسی تأثیر آموزش نظم جویی هیجانی بر قلدری ادراک شده و عملکرد شغلی کارکنان زن سازمان تربیت بدنی انجام گرفت. روش: این پژوهش نیمه تجربی با طرح پیش آزمون – پس آزمون با گروه گواه بود. جامعه آماری شامل تمام زنان شاغل در سازمان تربیت بدنی استان اصفهان بود که در سه ماهه پاییز سال 1397 مشغول به کار بودند. در این پژوهش تعداد 30 زن شاغل در سازمان تربیت بدنی استان اصفهان با روش نمونهگیری غیرتصادفی هدفمند انتخاب و با انتساب تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و گواه گمارش شدند. گروه آزمایش آموزش نظم جویی هیجانی (گراس و تامپسون، 2007 ) را در قالب 8 جلسه آموزش گروهی دریافت کرد. پرسشنامههای مورد استفاده شامل پرسشنامه قلدری سازمانی ادراک شده (محقق ساخته) و پرسشنامه عملکرد شغلی (هرسی و گلداسمیت،1990) بود. دادههای حاصل از پژوهش به شیوه تحلیل کواریانس مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که آموزش نظمجویی هیجانی مانند افزایش تجربه های مثبت و کاهش هیجانات منفی بر قلدری ادراک شده و عملکرد شغلی کارکنان زن سازمان تربیت بدنی تأثیر معناداری داشته است (0/0001p). اندازه اثر آماری آموزش نظم جویی هیجانی بر قلدری ادراک شده و عملکرد شغلی کارکنان زن سازمان تربیت بدنی به ترتیب 67 و 53 درصد بود. نتیجهگیری: بر اساس یافتههای این مطالعه میتوان نتیجه گرفت که آموزش نظم جویی هیجانی به افزایش عملکرد شغلی و کاهش قلدری ادراک شده در کارکنان زن سازمان تربیت بدنی منجر شده است.
Background: research shows organizational bullying can create emotional and psychological damages in employees. Could emotion regulation training help to decrease damages? Aims: The present study was conducted aiming to investigate the effect of Emotion Regulation training on perceived bullying and job performance of female employees at the organization of physical education. Method: It was a quasi-experimental study with pretest, posttest and control group design. The statistical population included all women working at the organization of physical education in the province of Isfahan who were working in the autumn of 2018. 30 female employees at the organization of physical education in the province of Isfahan were selected through non-random purposive sampling method and randomly replaced into experimental and control groups. Experimental group received 8 session of group emotional regulation training (Gross & Thompson, 2007). The applied questionnaires included perceived organizational bullying (researcher-made) questionnaire and job performance questionnaire (Hersi and Goldsmith, 1990). The data from the study were analyzed through ANCOVA method. Results: The result showed that emotion regulation training has significantly influenced perceived bullying and job performance of female employees at the organization of physical education (p/0001). The statistical effect size of emotion regulation training on perceived bullying and job performance of female employees at the organization of physical education was 67% and 53% respectively. Conclusions: based on the findings of the study it can be concluded that teaching emotion regulation techniques can increase job performance and decrease perceived bullying among female employees in organization of physical education.
