چکیده:
گردشگری در سال 2019 اقتصادی مبنی بر ده درصد تولید ناخالص جهان، یک دهم مشاغل در جهان، هفت درصد از کل صادرات و چهار درصد از کل سرمایهگذاری جهانی را به خود اختصاص داده است. لذا با توجه به سیاستهای اقتصاد بدون نفت که اهمیت صنعت گردشگری خارجی را چند برابر میکند ضروری دیده شد که عوامل توسعه صنعت گردشگری مورد بررسی قرار گیرد که در این مطالعه به نقش دیپلماسی رسانهای بر صنعت گردشگری پرداخته شده است. لذا هدف در این مطالعه بررسی رابطه بین دیپلماسی رسانهای و صنعت گردشگری است که از روش توصیف با استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته با آلفای کرونباخ 0.9 و با نمونه 250 نفری بر اساس فرمول کوکران در بین متخصصان رسانه و گردشگری اجرا شده است. در ارزیابی توصیفی پاسخگویان رونق دیپلماسی رسانهای و صنعت گردشگری را پایین در کشور ارزیابی کردهاند و در نتایج استباطی در خصوص ارتباط بین این دو متغییر از رگرسیون استفاده شده که در پنج شاخص اول صنعت گردشگری [سرمایهگذاری خارجی، تولید محتوای گردشگری سلامت، برند نمادهای شهری، قدرت نرم]، داری ضرایب تعیین قوی بودهاند و فقط نقش دیپلماسی رسانهای در هویت بخشی به شهرها با ضریب تعیین 0.04 ضعیف ارزیابی شده است.
Tourism in 2019 accounts for ten percent of the world's gross domestic product, one-tenth of the world's jobs, seven percent of total exports and four percent of total global investment. Therefore, considering the policies of the economy without increasing the importance of the foreign tourism industry, it was necessary to examine the factors of development of the tourism industry. In this study, the role of media diplomacy on the tourism industry is discussed. Therefore, the aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between media diplomacy and tourism industry, which was performed by cross-sectional descriptive method using a researcher-made questionnaire with Cronbach's alpha of 0.9 and a sample of 250 people based on Cochran's formula among media and tourism professionals. In the descriptive evaluation, the respondents rated the prosperity of media diplomacy and the tourism industry as low in the country, and in the inferential results, regression was used regarding the relationship between these two variables, which in the first five indicators of the tourism industry: “Soft power” have strong determinants and only the role of media diplomacy in identifying cities with a coefficient of determination of 0.04 has been assessed as weak.
