چکیده:
درمیان تمام اعلام نظرها و بحثها و گفتوگوها از گفتمانهای مختلف که میراث فکر و اندیشه بشر است گفتمان غالب نه در یک شهر و کشور بلکه کل جهان، گفتمان حقوق بشر است. اصول و قواعد و ارزشهای حقوق بشری و جنبههای مختلف آن همچون نسبیگرایی یا جهانشمولی حقوق بشر علاوه بر طرح در نشستها و هم اندیشیهای دانشگاهی و فلسفی، در محافل خصوصی و شخصی و در بستر جامعه مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. به همین جهت بازخوانی نظرها و اندیشههای بزرگان فلسفه و دریافت فهم آنان از حقوق بشر میتواند بر فهم بیشتر و امروزی از نظرات آنان و به هدف نهایی حقوق بشر که کرامت انسانی و زندگی شرافتمندانه است و در منظومه فکری بسیاری از اندیشمندان و فلاسفه جایگاه بلندی دارد کمک کند. در این راستا در این مقاله با این پرسش که حقوق بشر و ارزشهای آن چه جایگاهی در اندیشههای ملاصدرا داشته است به پژوهش با روش کیفی پرداخته و این نتیجه حاصل شد که در نظام فکری ملاصدرا با توجه به نوع رهیافت و رویکرد وی به مبانی نظری فلسفی، نزد وی حقوق بشر از اصالت و اهمیت برخوردار نیست.

Therefore, re-reading the approaches and ideas of the great philosophers and understanding their views on human rights it can lead to a more up-to-date understanding of their views and the ultimate goal of human rights, which is human dignity and a dignified life and has a high place the intellectual system of many thinkers and philosophers. In this article, with the question of what is the place of human rights and its values in Mulla Sadra's thoughts, has researched with a qualitative method. it was concluded that in Mulla Sadra's intellectual system, according to his approach and philosophical theoretical foundations, human rights are not original and important to him.
