چکیده:
زمینه و هدف: دوران جنینی و سالهای اول زندگی، حیاتیترین مرحله رشد و تکامل مغز و شکلگیری شخصیت و پرورش تواناییها و استعدادهای انسان است. این زمان همچنین مناسبترین اوقات برای آموزش مسائل فرهنگی، اعتقادی و پایهگذاری سلامت معنوی است. اگرچه تامین، حفظ و ارتقای سلامت همهجانبه هر کودک در درجه اول، به عهده والدین و خانواده است، ولی عوامل عدیده اجتماعی - اقتصادی و فرهنگی، در آن نقش دارد و در این راستا مسئولیتهای خطیری به عهده نظام سلامت است.
روش: مطالعه مروری و کتابخانهای است و ضمن استفاده از مستندات معتبر داخلی و بینالمللی از مذاکرات میزگرد کارگاه آموزشی گروه سلامت معنوی برای نتیجهگیری استفاده شده است.
یافتهها: عواملی مانند "تغذیه و سلامت مادر و خانواده"، "تحصیلات و سواد سلامت خانواده"، "اعتقادات مذهبی و انگیزه خانواده"، "محل زندگی"، "جایگاه اجتماعی"، "وضعیت بهداشت و محیط زیست" و سایر عوامل اجتماعی موثر بر سلامت، به صورت جداگانه و برآیند برهمکنشی آنها تاثیر زیادی بر وضعیت رشد و تکامل کودکان دارد. نقش کلیدی نظام سلامت در امور سیاستگذاری، و ادغام برنامه تکامل سالهای اول زندگی در مراقبتها و خدمات شبکه بهداشتی درمانی کشور و در اولویت قرار دادن بعد مهم سلامت معنوی، تاکید میشود.
نتیجهگیری: مناسبترین سنین برای شروع آموزش مسائل فرهنگی، معنوی و اعتقادی، از دوران جنینی و سالهای اولیه زندگی است، که البته در دوران نوجوانی و جوانی و حتی بعد از آن ادامه مییابد. ارتقای سلامت معنوی در این دوران باید بر اصول و مبانی دین مبین اسلام، با استفاده از فرهنگ غنی و تجارب ارزنده ملی استوار بوده، با بهرهگیری از ظرفیت خارقالعاده مغز کودک و تکامل سالهای اول زندگی و آموزش مطلوب فرزندپروری صورت پذیرد.
Background: The embryonic and early childhood period are the most important stages in growth and development of the brain and personality formation and breeding of human abilities and talents and the best time to promote cultural, religious, and spiritual health issues. The family and parents are the main responsible for ensuring, maintaining and promoting the overall health of the child, but various socio-economic and cultural factors as well as the health system have also a major role to play.
Methods: It is a review and library study by using national and international documents. Also discussion of the workshop of spiritual health group has been used for coming to the conclusion.
Results: Factors such as "nutrition and health of mother and family", "education and family health literacy:", "religious beliefs and family motivation", "place of residence", "social status", "health status and environment" and other social factors affecting health, individually and as a result of their interaction, has a significant impact on the growth and development of children. The important role of the health system in policy-making and the integration of the development plan of early childhood period in the primary health care network of the country and prioritizing the important dimension of spiritual health are emphasized.
Conclusion: The most suitable times for starting education of cultural, spiritual and religious issues is the embryonic and early childhood period, which is followed by adolescence and youth and even after that. The promotion of spiritual health in this period should be based on the religion of Islam, using a rich culture and valuable national experiences, taking advantage of the extraordinary capacity of the child's brain and the early childhood development and optimal parenting education.
