چکیده:
مقدمه: این پژوهش با هدف تعیین اثربخشی آموزش مهارتهای اجتماعی ارتباطی بر باورهای فراشناختی و ترس از ارزیابی مثبت و منفی دانشآموزان متوسطه اول انجام شد.
روش: روش پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون- پسآزمون با گروه گواه بود. جامعه پژوهش را دانش آموزان پسر دوره متوسطه اول شهرستان آران و بیدگل تشکیل دادند که به روش نمونهگیری هدفمند تعداد 30 دانش آموز پسر انتخاب و به صورت گمارش تصادفی در دو گروه 15 نفری آزمایش و گواه قرار گرفتند و به پرسشنامههای باورهای فراشناختی ولز و کاترایت – هاتن (2004)، پرسشنامه ترس از ارزیابی مثبت ویکز (2010) و پرسشنامه ترس از ارزیابی منفی لیری (1983) پاسخ دادند. گروه گواه در انتظار ماند و آموزش گروهی مهارتهای اجتماعی ارتباطی برای گروه آزمایش در 8 جلسه یک ساعتی به اجرا گذاشته شد. پس از پایان مداخله، هر دو گروه مجددا با پرسشنامههای پژوهش مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. دادهها با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس تجزیه و تحلیل شد.
یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که آموزش مهارت اجتماعی- ارتباطی بر کاهش باورهای فراشناختی (p <0.05)، کاهش ترس از ارزیابی منفی (p <0.05) و کاهش ترس از ارزیابی مثبت (p <0.05) موثر بوده است.
نتیجهگیری: نتایج پژوهش اثربخشی کاربست آموزش گروهی مهارتهای اجتماعی ارتباطی را بر کاهش باورهای فراشناختی و ترس از ارزیابی مثبت و منفی دانش آموزان تایید کرد.
Introduction: This study was conducted to determine the effectiveness of social communication skills training on metacognitive beliefs and fear of positive and negative evaluation of junior high school students. Method: The research method was quasi-experimental with a pretest-posttest design with a control group. The study population consisted of male high school students in Aran and Bidgol that 30 male students were selected by purposive sampling method and randomly assigned to two groups of 15 experimental and control and answered to metacognitive belief Wells and Katright-Hutton (2004) questionnaires, Weeks (2010) Fear of Positive Evaluation Questionnaire, and Leary (1983) Fear of Negative Evaluation Questionnaire.
