چکیده:
این پژوهش، با بهرهگیری از تئوری تولید فضا و حق به شهر هنری لوفور و نیز الگوی برنامهریزی مشارکتی و پرهیز از تفاسیر و تحلیلهای تقلیلگرایانِ؛ در تلاش برای رسیدن به الگوی مطلوب تولید و بازتولید فضاهای شهری با تاکید بر یکی از عظیمترین، سرمایهبرترین و پر چالشترین فضاهای شهری یعنی مجتمعهای بزرگ تجاری یا مگامالهای کلانشهر تهران است. الگویی که بازی گرفتن و مشارکت شهروندان را اصل اساسی خود در سیاستگذاری شهری قرار داده و ندای اجتماعی بودن فضا و سازماندهی شدن زندگی افراد را بر مبنای انتزاعاتی چون طرح و نقشه، مؤسسات مالی، نظاممهندسی و ... میدهد. به بیانی دیگر، در این گفتار نگارندگان، علاوه بر تحلیل مفهوم حق به شهر و ابعاد آن و نیز ارتباط مفهومی آن با جریانِ تولید و بازتولید فضا در شهر، در پی این سؤال است که شهر مطلوب، بهعنوان عرصهی عمل، برای شهروندان و کنشگران فعال کدام است؟ و فرایند دستیابی بهحق در این عرصه، چگونه است؟. راهبرد غالب در این پژوهش بر اساس مساله تعریف شده در ذهن پژوهشگر، راهبرد کیفی بوده و روش تحقیق نیز توصیفی- تحلیلی است. نتایج پژوهش حاکی از آن است که حق به شهر لوفور آزادی شهروندان برای مشارکت در استفاده و تولید فضای شهری بوده و بنابراین تولید فضا از طریق کنش اجتماعی را نمیتوان بدون مشارکت شهروندان در آن تصور کرد. ازاینرو هدف بنیادین مشارکت، بازپسگیری توان تصمیمگیری توسط مردم از نهاد قدرت است و به همین دلیل میتوان معادلات مشارکت را بهمثابه معادلات جابجایی قدرت میان نهادها و مردم در نظر گرفت. به بیانی دیگر باید از طریق پیگیری مداوم حق به شهر، در برابر هژمونی تولید فضای سرمایهدارانه ایستادگی و راهبردی رهاییبخش اتخاذ کرد.
