چکیده:
زمینه: نگاههای تلخ و گزندهای جامعه و طرد زنان مطلقه، سازگاری آنان را با این شرایط مشکل و به حرمت خودشان آسیب میزند. تحقیقات نشان داده است که درمانهای هیجانمدار و شناختی-رفتاری میتوانند بر سازگاری پس از طلاق و حرمت خود زنان مطلقه مؤثر باشند، اما پژوهشی که به مقایسه اثربخشی آنها پرداخته باشد، مغفول مانده است. هدف: هدف این پژوهش مقایسه اثربخشی درمان هیجانمدار و درمان شناختی-رفتاری بر سازگاری پس از طلاق و حرمت خود زنانِ مطلقه بود. روش: تحقیق حاضر مطالعهای شبهآزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون، پسآزمون و پیگیری دوماهه با گروه گواه بود. جامعه پژوهش متشکل از زنان مطلقه تحت پوشش پایگاههای خدمات اجتماعی منطقه 2 شهر تهران در سال 1398 بود. نمونه این مطالعه 60 زن بودند که به شیوه نمونهگیری دردسترس انتخاب و با گمارش تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایشی و یک گروه گواه (هر گروه 20 نفر) قرار گرفتند. ابزار پژوهش مقیاس سازگاری پس از طلاق فیشر (1976) و مقیاس حرمت خود روزنبرگ (1965) بودند. برای گروه آزمایشی اول، درمان هیجانمدار (میرزازاده و همکاران، 1391) و برای گروه آزمایشی دوم درمان شناختی-رفتاری (موناز و همکاران، 2007) در 9 جلسه 120 دقیقهای برگزار گردید، اما گروه گواه مداخلهای دریافت نکرد. تحلیل دادهها با روشهای تحلیل واریانس آمیخته با اندازهگیری مکرر و آزمون تعقیبی بانفرونی انجام شد. یافتهها: هر دو درمان باعث بهبود سازگاری پس از طلاق و حرمت خود زنانِ مطلقه در پایان مداخلات و دوره پیگیری شدند (01/0>p)، ولی درمان هیجانمدار در بهبود سازگاری آنان نسبت به درمان شناختی-رفتاری اثربخشتر بود (01/0>p). بین این دو روش درمانی در افزایش حرمت خود زنانِ مطلقه تفاوتی مشاهده نشد (05/0p). نتیجهگیری: زنان مطلقهای که در جلسات درمانهای هیجانمدار و شناختی-رفتاری شرکت کردند سازگاری پس از طلاق و حرمت خود بیشتری را تجربه کردند.
Background: The bitter and biting views of society and the rejection of divorced women make it difficult for them to adapt to these conditions and damage their self-esteem. Studies have shown that emotion-focused and cognitive-behavioral therapies can affect post-divorce adjustment and self-esteem of divorced women, but research comparing their effectiveness has been neglected.
Aims: The aim of this study was to comparison of the effectiveness of emotion-focused therapy and cognitive-behavior therapy on post-divorce adjustment and self-esteem of divorced women.
Methods: This study was a quasi-experimental study with pre-test, post-test and two-month follow-up with control group. The research population included all divorced women under the auspices of social service bases in the 2th district of Tehran, Iran. The study sample included 60 women who were selected by available sampling method and, then, were assigned into two experiment groups and one control group (20 individuals per group) through random assignment method. The research tool were Fisher Divorce Adjustment Scale (1976) and Rosenberg Self-esteem Scale (1965). For the first experiment group, the emotion-focused therapy (Mirzazadeh et al., 2012), and for the second experiment group, the cognitive-behavior therapy (Muñoz et al., 2012) were delivered in groups and in nine 120-minute sessions, but the control group received no intervention. Data analysis was performed by Repeated Measures ANOVA and Bonferroni post hoc test.
