RESULTS According to the findings, r observed at p <0/05 between organizational justice component and a component of quality of working life, except (safe working conditions) at the Faculty of Physical Education staff and the National University of Tehran, significant differences exist there."

METHOD‌

This‌ research‌ was a descriptive correlational field study was undertaken. The population included all‌ of‌ the Physical Education Colleges and universities across Tehran in 1392,which had 163 participants from which‌ 110‌ of‌ them were randomly selected according to Morgan and Kergsi table In this‌ research‌, the‌ demographic questionnaire, the questionnaire organizational justice (Nyhvf and Moorman) and Quality of Work Life‌ (Walton‌), the‌ coefficient of reliability by Cronbach alpha, respectively (935/0%), and (881/0%) has been determined, the‌ data‌ is used. Data analysis using SPSS 21 software by t-test and Pearson's correlation‌ and‌ regression‌ analysis were used.

RESULTS

According to the findings, r observed at p <0/05 between organizational‌ justice‌ component and a component of quality of working life, except (safe working conditions) at‌ the‌ Faculty‌ of Physical Education staff and the National University of Tehran, significant differences exist there. The‌ overall‌ results indicate the average amount of each variable in each college.
