RESULTS

All items‌ related‌ to‌ ergonomic pressures, substantially in the following table.

According to the values obtained from the employee perspective, the impact of ergonomics‌ pressures‌ lower‌ than average will be accepted.

CONCLUSIONS

Considering the purpose of the‌ survey‌, the results of the study indicate that, in relation to demographic characteristics, including: Sex, marital status‌, age‌ and‌ experience, no significant difference. And only in relation to employment status, it‌ is‌ observed‌ that, official staff compared with other employees, their employment status, contractual, corporate and contract‌, they‌ feel‌ more pressure. Perhaps the reason for this is that official workers than job security‌, have‌ not felt the pressure, and more ergonomic factors have been found. But other‌ employees‌ feel‌ more pressure due to lack of job security and ergonomic factors such as pressure‌.
