CONCLUSIONS

In‌ summary, we conclude that static-stretching and Swiss massages are not effective methods for improving explosive event. According to the present results, static-stretching (20-sec) and long duration massage‌ should‌ not be recommended for warm-ups before jumping and sprinting events.
