چکیده:
ﻫﺪف از ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ، ﺑﺮآورد ﻣﻴﺰان ﺧﻼﻗﻴﺖ ﻣﺪﻳﺮان ﺳﺎزﻣﺎنﻫﺎی ورزﺷﻲ از ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﻲ اﺳﺖ. 64 ﻣﺪﻳﺮ ادارةﺗﺮﺑﻴﺖ ﺑﺪﻧﻲ اﺳﺘﺎن آذرﺑﺎﻳﺠﺎن ﺷﺮﻗﻲ داوﻃﻠﺒﺎﻧﻪ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪﻫﺎی ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﻲ راﺑﻴﻨﺰ، ﺧﻼﻗﻴﺖ رﻧﺪﺳﻴﺐ و ﻣﺸﺨﺼﺎت ﻓﺮدی راﺗﻜﻤﻴﻞ ﻛﺮدﻧﺪ. ﻳﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎی آزﻣﻮن ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﻲ ﭘﻴﺮﺳﻮن ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﺑﻴﻦ ﺗﻤﺎﻣﻲ ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪﻫﺎی ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﻲ ﺑﺎ ﻣﻴﺰان ﺧﻼﻗﻴﺖ ﻣﺪﻳﺮانراﺑﻄﺔ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ و ﻣﻌﻨﻲداری وﺟﻮد دارد )10/0 < (Pو ﺗﻐﻴﻴﺮات ﻣﺘﻐﻴﺮ ﺧﻼﻗﻴﺖ ﺑﻪ اﻧﺪازة 6/57 درﺻﺪ از ﻣﺘﻐﻴﺮ ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﻲ ﺗﺄﺛﻴﺮﭘﺬﻳﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ. ﻳﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎی آزﻣﻮنآﻣﺎری ﻛﺮوﺳﻜﺎل واﻟﻴﺲ و آزﻣﻮن uﻣﺎن وﻳﺘﻨﻲ و ﺿﺮﻳﺐ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﻲ ﭘﻴﺮﺳﻮن ﻧﻴﺰ ﻧﺸﺎن داد، ارﺗﺒﺎطﻣﻌﻨﻲداری ﺑﻴﻦ وﻳﮋﮔﻲﻫﺎی ﺟﻤﻌﻴﺖﺷﻨﺎﺧﺘﻲ ﻣﺪﻳﺮان )ﺟﻨﺴﻴﺖ، ﺳﻦ، ﻣﺪرک ﺗﺤﺼﻴﻠﻲ، رﺷﺘﺔ ﺗﺤﺼﻴﻠﻲ، ﺳﻮاﺑﻖ ﻣﺪﻳﺮﻳﺘﻲ و ﺧﺪﻣﺘﻲ( ﺑﺎ ﻣﻴﺰان ﺧﻼﻗﻴﺖ ﻣﺪﻳﺮان وﺟﻮد ﻧﺪارد.
This study aimed at estimating the rate of creativity of sport organization managers regarding organizational culture. 46 managers in Physical Education Office of East Azerbaijan voluntary filled out organizational culture of Robbins, Rendsip creativity and demographic questionnaires. Statistical analysis of data (e.g. Pearson correlation coefficient) indicated a significant relationship between organizational culture indicators and managers’ creativity (P<0.01) and organizational culture changed creativity by 75.6%. Statistical analysis of data (e.g. Kruskal-Wallis, Mann – Whitney U and Pearson Correlation) indicated that no significant relationship between demographic characteristics of managers (gender, age, educational level, field of study, job tenure) and the managers’ creativity.
