چکیده:
در این مقاله کوشش شده است تا فلسفه «خودی» و «بیخودی» اقبال لاهوری در مثنوی های «اسرار خودی» و «رموز بیخودی» مورد بررسی و تحلیل قرار گیرد. اقبال معتقد است که شرقیان بویژه مسلمانان شخصیت خود را گم کرده و «خویشتن» خویش را فراموش نموده و در نتیجه مجذوب و مرعوب غرب شده اند. اهل اسلام باید به اسرار نهفته ای که در «خودی» خود دارند پی ببرند و به نیروهای بالقوه خود فعلیت دهند «خودی» در تعبیرات اقبال یعنی خودآگاهی، خودیابی، خودشناسی، خودباوری در مثنوی اسرار خودی. عواملی که باعث تقویت و استحکام «خودی» می شوند عبارتند از: امید و آرزو، عشق و ایمان، همت و اراده قوی. عوامل تضعیف خودی عبارتند از: سوال و گدایی، عدم اتکا به داشته های خویش احساس ضعف و ناتوانی؛ همچنین اقبال برای تربیت خودی به سه مرحله قایل است: مرحله اول اطاعت از دستورات قرآن، مرحله دوم ضبط نفس و خویشتن داری از مناهی، مرحله سوم نیابت الهی است، در این مرحله انسان به مقام «ابر مرد» یا خلیفه اللهی ترقی می کند. «بیخودی» یعنی محو در جامعه اسلامی، همراه با حفظ شوونات فردی. همچنان که اقبال در «اسرار خودی» عمل به دستورات قرآن توصیه می نماید. در اینجا نیز جامعه اسلامی را جهت غلبه بر ناامیدی و ترس و اندوه و همچنین نظام بخشیدن به جهان به پیروی از احکام شریعت و سنت نبوی دعوت می نماید.
