Abstract:
ﻣﻘﺎﻟﻪ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ و ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ وﺿﻊ ﻣﻮﺟﻮد ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﻲ ﻣﺮاﻛﺰآﻣﻮزش ﻋﺎﻟﻲ
ﺳﭙﺎه و اراﺋﻪ ﺳﺎزوﻛﺎر ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﺑﺎ ﺗﺎﻛﻴـﺪ ﺑـﺮ داﻧﺸـﮕﺎه اﻣـﺎم ﺣﺴـﻴﻦ (ع) و داﻧﺸـﮕﺎه ﻋﻠـﻮم ﭘﺰﺷـﻜﻲ ﺑﻘﻴﻪ ا...(ﻋﺞ) ﺻﻮرت ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ. ﻫﺪف ﻣﻘﺎﻟﻪ ﺳﻨﺠﺶ و ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﻳﻲ ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎی ﺗﺸﻜﻴﻞ دﻫﻨﺪه ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ و ﺟﻮ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﻲ ﺣﺎﻛﻢ ﺑﺮ ﻣﺮاﻛﺰ آﻣﻮزش ﻋﺎﻟﻲ ﺳﭙﺎه ﻣﻲ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. اﻳﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از ﻧﻮع ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻘﺎت ﻛـﺎرﺑﺮدی اﺳـﺖ.در ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻘـﺎت ﻛﺎرﺑﺮدی ﻫﺪف ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ در ﺟﻬﺖ رﺷﺪ و ﺑﻬﺘﺮ ﻛﺮدن ﻳﻚ ﻣﺤﺼﻮل و ﻣﻮﻗﻌﻴﺖ ﻫﺎی واﻗﻌﻲ و زﻧﺪه اﺳﺖ. روش اﻳﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از ﻧﻈﺮ زﻣﺎن ﭘﻴﻤﺎﻳﺸﻲ و از ﻧﻈﺮ ﻫﺪف ﺗﻮﺻﻴﻔﻲ (وﺻﻒ وﻗـﺎﻳﻊ) اﺳـﺖ. در ﻣﺠﻤﻮع وﺿﻌﻴﺖ ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻫﺎی ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﻲ در ﻋﺮﺻﻪ رﻓﺘﺎری ﺑﻬﺘﺮ از ﻋﺮﺻﻪ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎری ﻣﻲ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ و در ﻛﻞ، ﺑﻴﻦ وﺿﻊ ﻣﻮﺟﻮد ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﻲ ﻣﺮاﻛﺰ آﻣﻮزش ﻋﺎﻟﻲ ﺳﭙﺎه ﻣﻄﺎﺑﻘﺖ وﺟﻮد دارد. (ﺑﺠـﺰ ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪ ﺳﻴﺴﺘﻢ ﭘﺎداش و دﺳﺘﻤﺰد ﻛﻪ ﻛﻤﺘﺮ از ﻣﺘﻮﺳﻂ ﻣﻲ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ.) و ﺑﺮای رﺳﻴﺪن ﺑﻪ وﺿـﻊ ﻣﻄﻠـﻮﺑﺘﺮ ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﻲ ﺑﺎﻳﺪ ﮔﺎم ﻫﺎی ﻣﻮﺛﺮی را ﺑﺮدارد.
Evaluating and recognizing elements constituting culture and
organizational conditions in IRRGC (Sepah) advanced educational centers
are among the objectives of the research. The objective of this applied
research is to promote productions in authentic situation. Descriptive and
time measuring methodology is employed in the research. In general, it's
found that cultural indicators in behavioral arena are better than the ones in
structural domain. So, organizational culture and status quo are consistent
and effective efforts should be implemented to get to better conditions.
