Abstract:
هدف این تحقیق آن است که با استفاده از روشDEMATEL نحوه تعامل و اولویت بندی میان عوامل موثر بر کارآفرینی سازمانی را مشخص نماید. عوامل مورد بررسی شامل عوامل مرتبط با مدیریت منابع انسانی، ساختار و فرهنگ سازمانی می باشد. گروه خبرگان این تحقیق را 12 نفر از مدیران وکارشناسان ارشد شرکت پژوهش و فناوری پتروشیمی تشکیل می دهند. در این تحقیق روش جمع آوری داده طراحی و توزیع پرسشنامه میان افراد خبره است که روایی آن از طریق روش اعتبار محتوا و نظر 4 نفر از متخصصان و خبرگان سنجیده شده است. برای تعیین پایایی پرسشنامه نیز از روش آزمون مجدد یا بازآزمایی استفاده شد و نتایج حاکی از 84% همبستگی میان پاسخ های داده شده به پرسش ها بود. در این تحقیق 12 عامل کلیدی و موثر بر کارآفرینی سازمانی مورد تحلیل قرار گرفته است. یافته های این تحقیق نشان دهنده آن است که عوامل موثر بر ارتقای کارآفرینی سازمانی را می توان به دو دسته عوامل اثرگذار که به طور عمده عوامل مرتبط با مدیریت منابع انسانی و عوامل اثرپذیر که اکثرا عوامل مرتبط با فرهنگ و ساختار سازمانی تقسیم کرد که نقش عوامل اثرگذار ایجاد بستر برای ایجاد و تحقق عوامل اثرپذیر است و میزان اثرگذاری آنها بر ارتقای کارآفرینی سازمانی بیشتر است.
The purpose of this research is to determine the manner of interaction and the prioritization among effective factors on corporate entrepreneurship by the Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory approach. Factors examined in this study include factors related to human resource management, organizational structure and culture. The statistical population of this study consists of twenty managers and experts of Petrochemical Research and Technology Company. The data-gathering method is questionnaire whose validity has been evaluated by the content validity method and also the opinions of four experts and specialists. In order to determine the reliability of the survey, Test-Retest method is used whose results signify 84% correlation between answers. In this study, 12 factors have been analyzed as effective factors on corporate entrepreneurship. The findings of this research demonstrate that the effective factors on corporate entrepreneurship can be categorized into two groups; driver factors or causes which are generally related to human resource management and dependent factors or effects which are totally related to organizational culture and structure. Driver factors have a greater effect on the promotion of corporate entrepreneurship and can provide a proper background for the achievement of dependent factors.
