Abstract:
هدف: لکنت زبان به عنوان یکی از شایع ترین اختلالات روانی کلام می تواند زمینه ساز بروز پیامدهای منفی بسیاری برای
فرد و خانواده شود و مشکلات روان شناختی، رفتاری و اجتماعی را به وجود بیاورد؛ بنابراین با توجه به اهمیت این موضوع
پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسه جوّ عاطفی خانواده، رابطه والد-کودک و انعطاف پذیری و انسجام خانواده در والدین
کودکان با و بدون لکنت زبان انجام شد.
روش: در این پژوهش از روش علی مقایسه ای-پس رویدادی استفاده شد و جامعه آماری آن والدین کودکان 8 تا 12
سال دختر و پسر با و بدون لکنت زبان شهر رشت در سال 1399 بود. نمونه مورد مطالعه شامل 60 نفر از هر دو گروه والدین
در دامنه سنی 30 تا 50 سال بود که به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای مورد استفاده شامل پرسشنامه
رابطه والد-کودک پیانتا ) 2011 ( و مقیاس ارزیابی انعطاف پذیری و انسجام خانواده اولسون و همکاران ) 1986 ( بود. جهت
تجزیه وتحلیل داده ها از آزمون t مستقل و تحلیل واریانس چندمتغیره استفاده شد.
یافته ها: نتایج بیانگر وجود تفاوت معنادار بین دو گروه والدین دارای کودک با و بدون لکنت زبان در متغیرهای رابطه
والد- کودک، انعطاف پذیری و انسجام خانواده بود ) 001 / .)p > 0
نتیجه گیری: نتایج نشان داد لکنت زبان می تواند بر شرایط خانوادگی، کارکردهای خانواده و رابطه کودک با والدین و دیگر
اعضا اثرات منفی گذاشته و همچنین خانواده نیز می تواند در کاهش یا افزایش لکنت زبان کودک مؤثر باشد؛ بنابراین، وجود
یک محیط غنی، آرام و رابطه متقابل درست و همچنین لزوم آموزش به خانواده بسیار حائز اهمیت است.
Background & Purpose: Stuttering, as one of the most common speech fluency disorder, can lead to
many negative consequences for the individual and the family and cause psychological, behavioral and
social problems. Therefore, considering the importance of this issue, the present study was conducted with
the aim of comparing the emotional atmosphere of the family, parent-child relationship, and flexibility and
cohesion of family in parents of children with and without stuttering.
Materials and Methods: This was a causal-comparative study. The statistical population included the
parents of children (male and female) aged 8 to 12 years with and without stuttering in Rasht, in 2020.
The study sample consisted of 60 people from both groups of parents with the age range of 30 to 50 years
who were selected by convenience sampling. The instruments used included the Pianta Child-Parent
Relationship scale (CPRS) (Driscoll and Pianta, 2011), and the Cohesion Assessment Scale (Olson et al,
1986). Data were analyzed using the independent t-test and the multivariate analysis of variance.
Results: The findings showed that there was a significant difference between the two groups of parents
with children with and without stuttering in the variables of child-parent relationship, and flexibility and

Conclusion: The results showed that stuttering can have negative effects on family conditions, family
functions and the child’s relationship with parents and other members of the family, and the family can
also help reduce or increase the child’s stuttering; therefore, having a rich, calm environment and proper
interaction, as well as educating the family is very important.
