چکیده:
سابقه و هدف: سبک زندگی از عوامل مهم تاثیرگذار بر سلامت انسانها است، بطوریکه اکثر مشکلات بهداشتی با دگرگونی های سبک زندگی ارتباط دارد. سبک زندگی جزء عوامل خطر قابل تعدیل پرفشاری خون محسوب می شود، لذا هدف از این مطالعه، تعیین عوامل خطر پرفشاری خون در ارتباط با سبک زندگی افراد 65-24 ساله ساکن در منطقه کوثر شهر قزوین می باشد.
مواد و روشها: در این مطالعه که از نوع مورد- شاهدی بود، نمونه ها شامل 450 نفر از ساکنین منطقه کوثر بودند که با نمونه گیری تصادفی سیستماتیک انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها برگه ثبت اطلاعات و پرسشنامه سبک زندگی بود که اعتبار و اعتماد آن با روش اعتبار محتوا و آزمون مجدد تعیین شد. افراد دارای فشار خون ≥90/140 در گروه مورد و بقیه در گروه شاهد قرار گرفتند. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده آزمونهای آماری توصیفی و تحلیلی انجام گرفت.
یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که بین استعمال دخانیات (001/0p<)، ورزش و فعالیت فیزیکی (001/0p<) و شاخص توده بدنی (001/0p<) در دو گروه مورد و شاهد اختلاف معنی داری وجود داشت.
نتیجه گیری: یافته های پژوهش نشان داد که ورزش و فعالیت فیزیکی، استعمال دخانیات و چاقی از عوامل تاثیرگذار بر بروز پرفشاری خون در این منطقه می باشد. این نتایج بر لزوم انجام اقدامات مداخله ای جهت تغییر سبک زندگی مردم منطقه تاکید دارد.
Background and Aim: Lifestyle affects human health and thus، many health problems are related to people’s lifestyles. It is also considered as a modifiable factor in Hypertension. The aim of this study was to determine risk factors of hypertension which are related to lifestyle، in 24-64 year old people in Kosar region of Qazvin city.
Materials and Methods: This was a case – control study، consisting of 450 people who were selected through systematic sampling. The data collection instruments were lifestyle questionnaire and data registration paper that their validity and reliability were determined by content validity and test-retest، respectively. People with blood pressure ≥140/90 mmHg were regarded as cases while the rest were regarded as controls. Data were analyzed by SPSS version 11.5 using descriptive and analytical statistics.
Results: The cases and controls had statistically significant difference in term of physical activity (p<0.001)، smoking (p<0.001) and BMI (p<0.001).
Conclusion: Results showed that physical activity، smoking and obesity affect the incidence of hypertension in this region. These results necessitate interventions to change lifestyle of inhabitants of this region.
