چکیده:
رتبه بندی یکی از ابزارهای ارزیابی عملکرد، رقاب تپذیری و موفقیت دانشگاه ها به شمار م یآید. رتبه بندی ای مطلوب است که برگرفته از رسالت های کلیدی نظام آموزش عالی باشد ب هگونه ای که با اجرای آن، شاهد تغییر رفتار موسسات در مسیر اهداف کلان باشیم. در این مقاله، اسناد فرادستی آموزش عالی کشور ب هعنوان راهبردهای ابلاغی انتخاب و متن هر کدام با انتخاب گزار ههای الزام آور برای دانشگاه ها و کدگذاری باز و محوری، تحلیل محتوا شده است. از 241 گزاره، 36 کد اصلی استخراج و کدها در شش محور گرو هبندی شدند. برای کدگذاری محوری، کارکردهای اساسی دانشگا هها درنظر گرفته شد. برای استخراج معیارهای مناسب، کدهای محوری حاصل از تحلیل محتوای اسناد، مبنا قرار گرفت و در ادامه، معیارهای آموزشی، پژوهش و فناوری، تاثیرگذاری اجتماعی و فرهنگی، کارآفرینی و خلق ثروت، کمک به توسعه پایدار و تعاملات بین المللی و فرابخشی برای رتبه بندی دانشگاه های ایران پیشنهاد و مهم ترین مفاهیم هر معیار معرفی گردید. نتایج نشان می دهد که تاثیرگذارترین کدهای هر معیار به ترتیب پژوهش تقاضامحور، آموزش تقاضامحور، آموزش و پژوهش مبتنی بر ارزش های اسلامی، توجه به محیط زیست و همکاری های بین المللی بوده است.
The purpose of this study is to present a conceptual model of commercialization of academic research achievements (Constituent elements and factors); it neglected aspects of this phenomenon will cover as much as possible and stakeholders involved in this area enable to answer questions. This study is applied and the method is qualitative. The population examined in this study is state industrial Colleges in Tehran. The sample consisted of 55 personalities and entities (including 20 Knowledge-based companies with academic origin، 22 faculty members and 13 experts engaged in commercial activity in this area). The sample was selected using purposive sampling. The finding is a conceptual model consists of individual، internal، external، and connecting factors and model’s components are academic spin-off، technology license، Sale of technology، and services. The superiority of this model compared to current models is the introduction of the academic goalkeeper. This factor plays an important role in the relationship between universities and industry information asymmetry.
