چکیده:
با بررسی تحولات تاریخی و انقلاب ها و جنبش های اجتماعی در چند سده اخیر، می توان گفت که طبقه متوسط جدید، تاثیرگذارترین نیروی اجتماعی محسوب شده و یکی از ویژگی های جوامع در حال نوسازی، ظهور و رشد این طبقه اجتماعی است. در میان طبقات مختلف از جمله فقیران، کارگران صنعتی و طبقات بالای اجتماعی، هیچ کدام انقلابی تر از طبقه متوسط جدید نیستند؛ این طبقه می تواند به عنوان رهبران فکری بر افکار سنتی غلبه و آنها را به یک تصمیم گیری منطقی رهنمون سازند. هدف از نگارش تحقیق حاضر، بررسی نقش طبقه متوسط جدید در ایجاد انقلاب در مصر و عربستان است که به شیوه توصیفی- تحلیلی و با استفاده از منابع کتابخانه ای و اینترنتی انجام خواهد گرفت. بر این اساس، سوال اصلی پژوهش حاضر این است که چرا طبقه متوسط جدید در انقلاب مصر توانست نقش مهمی را ایفاء کند، اما همین طبقه در حالی که از رشد مناسبی هم در عربستان برخوردار بوده، نتوانسته تا الان چنین حرکتی را فراروی حکومت بوجود آورد؟ در این راستا، فرضیه پژوهش این است که نوع ماهیت و ساختار دولت، نحوه مواجهه دولت با مدرنیته و ساختار اجتماعی و فرآیندهای جهانی شدن، عوامل موثری در میزان انقلابی شدن طبقه متوسط جدید در عربستان و مصر داشته است. نتایج تحقیق نیز نشان از آن دارد که علل های ساختاری ای چون استبداد و خودکامگی دولت، نظام پدرسالاری، دولت رانتیر، جامعه مدنی و آزادی بسیار ضعیف، وابستگی به دولت، احزاب سیاسی، بحران اقتصادی و بدهکاری، بیکاری و فقر، تحصیلات دانشگاهی بالا، آشنایی با تکنولوژی ها، اینترنت و رسانه های مدرن، تقش زنان، فرآیند فضای باز سیاسی و نوسازی و غیره، در میزان انقلابی شدن طبقه متوسط جدید مصر و عربستان نقش کلیدی داشته اند.
By analyzing historical developments and revolutions and social movements in the last few centuries، we can say that the new middle class، considered the most influential social force and a characteristic of being modernized societies، the emergence and growth of this social class. Among the various classes، including the poor، industrial workers and upper classes، cause the new middle class in a revolutionary way; this class can be thought leaders to overcome traditional thinking and lead them to make a rational decision-making. The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of the new middle class is creating a revolution in Egypt and Saudi-style cross will be carried out using the library and internet resources. Accordingly، the main question is why the new middle class could play an important role in the Egyptian revolution، but while growing well in Saudi Arabia had also failed to bring the government imposes in such movement? In this regard، the research hypothesis is that the nature and type of government structure، social structure and how the face of modernity and globalization processes، factors affecting the rate is revolutionizing new middle class in Saudi Arabia and Egypt. The results also show that the structural basis because the government authoritarianism، patriarchy، reinter state، civil society and freedom of weak، dependent on the government، political parties، economic and debt crisis، unemployment and poverty، high academic education، Dating with the technology، the internet and modern media، role of women، theprocess of political liberalization and modernization، etc.، in the new middle class in revolutionizing Egypt and Saudi Arabia have had a key role.
