چکیده:
مقدمه: دوره سربازی باتوجهبه شرایط ویژهای که دارد همواره سرشار از تنش و شرایط استرسزاست که سلامت روان سربازان را تحت تاثیر قرار میدهد اما تابآوری افراد میتواند آنها را درجهت سازگاری با این شرایط توانمندتر کند. بنابراین، هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی رابطه همدلی و نوعدوستی با تابآوری سربازان یکی از ارگانهای نظامی است. روش: روش این پژوهش توصیفی ـ همبستگی و جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل تمامی سربازان یکی از یگانهای آموزش نظامی کشور در سال 1398 و شامل 400 نفر است. حجم نمونه شامل 100 نفر میباشد که بهصورت نمونهگیری تصادفی ساده، انتخاب شدند. دادهها با استفاده از پرسشنامه همدلی مهرابیان و اپستین (1972)، مقیاس رفتار مطلوب اجتماعی جهانی (خودگزارشدهی نوعدوستی) راشتون و همکاران (1981) و مقیاس تابآوری کونور و دیویدسون جمعآوری شده است. دادههای بهدستآمده به کمک نرمافزار spss و با استفاده از شاخصهای مرکزی و پراکندگی و آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون تجزیهوتحلیل شد. نتایج: نتایج نشان داد که بین همدلی و نوعدوستی با تابآوری، رابطه مثبت و معنیدار وجود دارد. (p <0/001). نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون گامبهگام نیز نشان داد که همدلی و نوعدوستی، تابآوری را پیشبینی میکنند. بحث: با برگزاری کارگاههای مهارت همدلی و نوعدوستی درجهت ارتقای تابآوری میتوان از افسردگی و مشکلات روانی سربازان پیشگیری کرد.
Introduction: Due to its special conditions, military service is always full of stress and stressful conditions that affect the mental health of soldiers, but the resilience of individuals can make them more capable of adapting to these conditions. Therefore, the purpose of the present study was to investigate the relationship between empathy and kindness with the resilience of soldiers in a military organ. Method: The method of this study was descriptive-correlational, and the statistical population consisted of all the soldiers in one of the military training units of the Islamic Republic of Iran in 2019 including 400 people. The sample size consisted of 100 subjects selected by the simple random sampling method. The data were collected using the Mehrabian and Epstein Empathy Questionnaire (1972), the Rashton et al.'s (1981) Global Desirable Social Behavior Scale (self-report altruism) and the Connor and Davidson's Resilience Scale. The collected data were analyzed with SPSS software using central and dispersion indices and Pearson correlation and regression tests.
