چکیده:
ﮔﺮدش ﺷــﻐﻠﯽ از ﺟﻤﻠﻪ ﺗﺪاﺑﯿﺮ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺘﯽ در ﺣﻮزه ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ اﻧﺴــﺎﻧﯽ اﺳــﺖ. اﯾﻦ ﺗﺪﺑﯿﺮ اﮔﺮ ﺑﺎ ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪرﯾﺰی ﺻــﺤﯿﺢ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﻮد، ﻣﯽﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﺑﺮ ر ﺿﺎﯾﺖ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ، ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ ﮐﺎری و ﻧﻮآوری در ﮐﺎر ﮐﻪ ﻣﻨﺠﺮ ﺑﻪ ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﻣﯽ ﺷﻮد، ﻣﺆﺛﺮ واﻗﻊ ﺷﻮد. ﻫﺪف از اﻧﺠﺎم اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ، ﺑﺮر ﺳﯽ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﮔﺮدش ﺷﻐﻠﯽ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﺑﺮ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ا ﺳﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎری اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ 400 ﻧﻔﺮ از ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﺳﺎزﻣﺎنﻫﺎی دوﻟﺘﯽ ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺮاﺳﺎس ﭼﺮﺧﺶ ﺷﻐﻠﯿﺸﺎن اﻧﺘﺨﺎب و ﺳﭙﺲ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻓﺮﻣﻮل ﮐﻮﮐﺮان 196 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. رواﯾﯽ ﻇﺎﻫﺮی ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺗﺄﯾﯿﺪ ﺷﺪ و ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ آنﻫﺎ ﺑﻪ وﺳﯿﻠﻪ ﺿﺮﯾﺐ آﻟﻔﺎی ﮐﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ ﺑﺮای ﭼﻬﺎر ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮ، ﺑﺎﻻی 0/7 ﺑﻪ د ﺳﺖ آﻣﺪ. ﭘﺮ ﺳ ﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪی ﻧﻬﺎﯾﯽ ﺑﻪ روش ﺗ ﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺳﺎده در د ﺳﺘﺮس، در اﺧﺘﯿﺎر اﻋﻀﺎی ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪی آﻣﺎری ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﭘﺲ از ﺟﻤﻊآوری ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪﻫﺎ، ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻏﯿﺮﻧﺮﻣﺎل ﺑﻮدن، دادهﻫﺎی ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻧﺮماﻓﺰار ﭘﯽ ال اﺳﻤﺎرت3 ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ. اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ در دو ﺳﻄﺢ آﻣﺎر ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ و اﺳﺘﻨﺒﺎﻃﯽ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻧ ﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﮔﺮدش ﺷﻐﻠﯽ ﺑﺮ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎنﻫﺎی دوﻟﺘﯽ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﻣﻌﻨﺎداری دارد. ر ﺿﺎﯾﺘﻤﻨﺪی، ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ ﮐﺎر و نوآوری در کار بر افزایش منابع تاثیر معناداری دارد.
Job turnover is one of the management measures in the field of human resource management.
This measure, if done with proper planning, can affect job satisfaction, quality of work and
innovation at work, which leads to improved organizational performance. The purpose of this
study is to investigate the effect of employee turnover on increasing organizational resources.
The statistical population of this study was 044 employees of government organizations who
were selected based on their job rotation and then 691 people were selected as a sample using
Cochran's formula. . The apparent validity of the questionnaire was confirmed and their reliability
was obtained by Cronbach's alpha coefficient for four variables, above 4.0. The final
questionnaire was provided to the members of the statistical sample by simple random sampling
method. After collecting the questionnaires, due to the abnormality, the research data were
analyzed using PL-Smart 3 software. This research was conducted at two levels of descriptive
and inferential statistics. The results of the analysis showed that job turnover has a significant
effect on increasing the resources of government organizations. Satisfaction, quality of work and
innovation in work have a significant effect on increasing resources.
