چکیده:
ایران و عراق، دو کشور همسایه با اشتراکات متعدد بوده و هستند که روابط پر فراز و نشیبی داشته و حتی در تاریخ روابط خود، یک دوره جنگ را هم تجربه کردهاند. پس از سال 2003 با سقوط رژیم بعث و حضور شیعیان و اکراد در ساختارهای قدرت عراق، با پر رنگ شدن نقش اشتراکات دوکشور فصل جدیدی در روابط ایران و عراق بخصوص در زمینه همکاریهای اقتصادی بویژه در بخش انرژی ایجاد شد.این مقاله به بررسیهمگرایی اقتصادی دو کشور در حوزه انرژی خواهد پرداخت و بدنبال پاسخ به این پرسش است که اشتراکات مذهبی، فرهنگی، اقتصادی، سیاسی و امنیتی ایران و عراق چه نقشی در شکلگیری همگرایی اقتصادی دو کشور در حوزه انرژی داشتهاند؟ برای پاسخ به این پرسش ضمن بهرهگیری از آمارها و دادههای مستند، از روش توصیفی، تحلیلی استفاده شده و هدف آن است که ابعاد مختلف شکلگیری همگرایی اقتصادی ایران و عراق مورد بررسی قرار گیرد. نتیجه کلی مقاله نشان میدهد که اشتراکات مذهبی، فرهنگی، اقتصادی، سیاسی و امنیتی ایران و عراق باعث نزدیک شدن دیدگاههای سران دو کشور در جهت همراستایی منافع و شکلگیری و تدوام همگرایی اقتصادی دو کشور در حوزههای مختلف از جمله انرژی شده است.
Iran and Iraq, two neighboring countries with many commonalities, have had ups and downs, and even experienced a period of war in the history of their relations. After the fall of the Ba'athist regime in 2003 and the presence of Shiites and Kurds in the Iraqi power structures, with the highlighting of the role of the two countries commonalities, a new chapter was started in the relations between Iran and Iraq, especially in terms of economic cooperation, especially in the energy sector. Therefore, this article will examine the economic convergence of the two countries in the field of energy. And it seeks to answer the question of what role religious, cultural, economic, political and security commonalities between Iran and Iraq have played in shaping the economic integration of the two countries in the field of energy? To answer this question, while using statistics and documented data, a descriptive and analytical method has been used and the aim is to examine the various dimensions of the formation of economic integration between Iran and Iraq. The overall conclusion of the article also shows that the religious, cultural, economic, political and security commonalities between Iran and Iraq have brought the views of the leaders of the two countries closer together to align the interests and to form and continue the economic integration of the two countries in various fields, including energy.
