چکیده:
مقدمه: مراقبت تسکینی برای همه افراد مشرف به مرگ که به درمان جواب نمیدهند، کاربرد دارد و هدف اولیه آن حفظ کیفیت زندگی است. در ارتباط با بیماران مشرف به موت و احساس درماندگی آنان مباحث متعددی وجود دارد و مراقبتهای پایان حیات، تسکین درد، مدیریت محیط و لحظات احتضار بیمار، مرگ در آرامش، تسکین آلام اطرافیان بیمار مشرف به موت و سایر موارد، در عرصه مراقبت از آنها نهتنها توصیه میشود، بلکه حتی قسمتی از حقوق بیمار و وظایف کادر درمان محسوب میشود. هدف این پژوهش، بررسی مفهوم مراقبتهای تسکینی پایان حیات از دیدگاه قرآن و حدیث بود.
نتیجهگیری: بیمار در حال مرگ و اطرافیان وی از منظر اخلاق پزشکی حقوق خاصی دارند که باید از آن حقوق برخوردار شوند و پروتکلها و توصیههای پزشکی خاصی برای این دوره از زندگی بیمار و اطرافیانش وجود دارد. توصیههای دینی ارزشمند و عمیقی نیز برای مدیریت این دوره از زندگی بیمار و اطرافیانش در همه فرهنگها و بهویژه دین اسلام وجود دارد و بهطور اساسی باید تاکید کرد که درک کادر پزشکی از برداشتهای بیماران و اطرافیان بیماران از مرگ و مفهوم آن، کمکی ارزنده برای کادر پزشکی برای مدیریت لحظه و واکنشهای بیماران برای گذر آرام از این مرحله پرتلاطم محسوب میشود، البته مبانی و کلیات نتیجهگیریهای فوق و مفاهیم مشابه با این موارد، بهصورت مشترک در باورهای اکثر فرهنگها و جوامع بشری وجود دارد.
Introduction
Palliative care is applicable to all end-of-life patients, who do not respond to treatment, and its primary goal is to maintain quality of life. There are several issues with regard to end-of-life patients and their feelings of helplessness, and end-of-life care, pain relief, environmental management, moments of agony, death in calm, relief of patients’ companions etc. are not only recommended, but also considered even as a part of the patientchr('39')s rights and the duties of the treatment staff. The aim of this study was to investigate the concept of palliative care of the end of life from the perspective of the Quran and Hadith.
Conclusion: From the perspective of medical ethics, end-of-life patients and their companions have certain rights, and there are specific medical protocols and recommendations for this period of life of the patient and his or her relatives. There are also valuable and profound religious recommendations for managing this period of the patients’ life and their companions in all cultures, especially the Islamic religion and, basically, it should be emphasized that the medical staffchr('39')s perception of the perceptions of patients and their companions about death and is a valuable help for medical staff to manage the moment and patientschr('39') reactions to bypass this turbulent stage. Of course, the basics and generalities of the above conclusions and concepts similar to these are commonly found in the beliefs of most cultures and human societies.
